The business backpack I bought was of poor quality. The day I bought it - the zip got stuck and after 3 weeks my ballpoint pen cut through from inside the front pocket. I called to replace it, the team member understood my issue and she replaced it ASAP. I bought very good stuff from Zappos before, but this incident with this bag is an one-time issue I guess. I hope my new replaced bag wont give me any trouble. Please make sure to provide greater quality products. However, I still love Zappos because of the service they provide.
