This bag looks nice - sleek - and the color is surprisingly verstile. That said, it's not incredibly practical. If you use the space designed for the laptop, you have very little room for anything else in the bag. Also, given the curve of the top and the long handles, it's tough to get things in and out of the bag. Finally, although the outside leather and the suede lining of the top is nice, the plastic that otherwise lines the bag (including the pocket at the back) is thin and cheap looking.

Lovely briefcase style bag but the handles are very stiff, which makes the bag hard to open. The spaces inside are nice enough, but I can't put this on my shoulder. It's also pretty heavy. I didn't try the long shoulder strap but I bet if this was full of stuff that skinny strap would cut right into you. I had high hopes for this bag but it will be going back.

Bag looks nice, but as soon as I opened box and tried to open the zipper would not work. Sadly I need to return it now. Poor quality.

It looks much nicer in the picture than it does in real life. From the moment I pulled it out of the bag, I could tell it wasn't worth it. The zippers do not move smoothly, it looks cheaply constructed and the two first inside pockets are a very ugly green! I didn't even bother trying to see if it rolls. I am returning this week. Love ya Zappos, but this one is a 0 star.

Bought this for my wife, as she travels with her laptop. She has received many compliments on this bag. It looks killer and there is no comparison to those ugly Targus bags. If you are a stylish lady, you need this bag!

Useless & nonfunctional. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The leather of this bag is terribly stiff it is impossible to open fully. It looks and feels like a prop from a movie set: beautiful from afar but completely useless and nonfunctional.

I am looking for a professional work bag that could hold my odds and ends to and from work. I am 5'2" and found this bag to look too large on me. Also, I was looking for a bag that is softer leather that will break in nicely. It is a very nice looking bag and appears to be high quality. I was bummed it did not come in a smaller size. I plan to purchase the Knomo 14" bag tonight instead. We will see.

This bag was cute but turned out to be too small. I couldn't fit my folders into the other compartment when my laptop was also in the bag. Worst of all though is that the the strap broke after a few months of use. The vinyl just couldn't handle the load I guess!

I was very excited to get this bag because I had been looking for something like this for a long time. I wanted a professional looking bag to carry my MacBook Pro but when it came I was disappointed. I did not look close enough to see that most of the bag is vinyl/nylon. The ostrich leather is very stiff and does not have the feel or look of leather.

Excellent bag! Although this probably isn't considered to be an expensive bag for some people, I was a little hesitant to buy this because I usually don't splurge on this kind of thing. However, I'd been looking for a tan laptop/iPad bag to take to work for months now and finally just bit the bullet and got this one -- so glad I did! It came very well packed, and the bag was protected inside a canvas tote thing. I showed it to my roommate and she said, "Wow, how much was that?!" Meaning -- it looks very expensive and is well-made. Yay! It comes with a laptop sleeve, although the laptop area is separate and lined, so you could always skip the sleeve and just put it directly in the compartment. The laptop sleeve is neutral on the outside (and actually really nice), but the inside is lined with leopard print. I could have done without that, but oh well, no one will really see the inside of the laptop sleeve anyway. It looks like it will hold both my 15" MacBook Pro and my iPad at the same time. It basically has three compartments: the main area, the laptop area, and then a big open pocket on the outside/back of the bag. The main area has a big zippered pocket along the inside, a little clip to attach your keys to, 2 slots for pens, a small pocket for business cards, then 2 more pockets that would be about the size of a smartphone or iPod. The laptop area pretty much just fits the laptop (you could squeeze in an iPad, too). The big pocket on the outside/back of the bag is handy -- you don't have to open the bag to get to things in there, but it doesn't snap shut or anything. It would be where I'd stick a few folders of stuff or some notepads or something. It also has 3 pockets in it for easy access to things you grab a lot -- 2 pockets are smartphone/iPod-sized, and the third is a little bigger. Overall, I'd highly recommend this one! You won't be disappointed with its quality.

I'm not impressed. While the faux croc front panel gives the bag a distinctive look, for the price, the fabric is not particularly high-end and I question it's durability over the long-term. The zippers are also not particularly sturdy either. In two week's use, I have already pulled the pull tab off of one pocket. I travel frequently (once a month or so) and while I like that the laptop portion is well contained inside the case, it is a royal pain in the butt to open the accordion style opening, get the laptop out of the padded pocket, go through TSA and get it back into the pocket and the bag shut again without holding up the line. The "clothing" portion of the bag is a joke. A change of clothes or PJs plus toiletries and a pair of shoes don't have a prayer of fitting in the 3" wide spot for them. And it doesn't open flat to assist packing. I use that area to carry extra files, shoes or a snack when I travel...that's it. It is fine to travel to work and home with this bag, but if you're looking to avoid carrying an overnight bag along with your laptop - keep looking. This isn't the bag for you.

This is a gorgeous laptop bag. I have been on the hunt forever and this is the best that I have seen. There is a pouch for the laptop itself, making for easy removal when going through airport security. It is stunningly gorgeous and though it looks several times more expensive than it is and in my mind this is a bargain. The only problem is I do not want to take this beautiful bag anywhere near a dirty disgusting airport.

Good price, great work and overnight bag in one. This bag has a back compartment for clothes, shoes, etc., yet the whole thing is only as big as a rolling briefcase. Attractive, great bag for work overnight trips. Only negative - the back compartment doesn't open all the way and lay flat, it is more of an accordion style, so it's not as easy to use the overnight compartment for other purposes, like files.

The business backpack I bought was of poor quality. The day I bought it - the zip got stuck and after 3 weeks my ballpoint pen cut through from inside the front pocket. I called to replace it, the team member understood my issue and she replaced it ASAP. I bought very good stuff from Zappos before, but this incident with this bag is an one-time issue I guess. I hope my new replaced bag wont give me any trouble. Please make sure to provide greater quality products. However, I still love Zappos because of the service they provide.

This rolling bag is awesome. There is so much space for my stuff without looking gigantic. I love all the pockets and the extra pockets are so useful. I especially like the smaller zipper pockets on the front for my phone and tablet. It fits my 17" laptop perfectly and is super protective.
