Overall:

This is a classy, yet easy-going bag, the perfect size for setting on cashiers' counters at stores, but big enough to carry a small book, a small water bottle, and lots of odds and ends, with just enough organization built in. It's very well-constructed, without looking utilitarian, and the right shape; not too square, but not round. Fits over the shoulder even for a tall person like me, but doesn't drag when carried by hand. The red is gorgeous, and I might go back for the black. Both colors are glossy but not patent, which is trendy, but I'm still shying away from in favor of this shiny alternative. Highly recommended.

I ordered this bag in orange from eBags and it is just as lovely as it appears. It's a big larger than medium, has a separate pocket under the flap as well as a zipper pocket on the back. The leather is of the highest quality and the color is so rich it appears that it will age to a golden rust. I love it.

First of all, complements to Zappos on the speedy delivery of this gorgeous handbag.\r\n\r\nI ordered this handbag since it is described as small, measuring 12" wide. I just measured with a tape measure--it is approximately 15" wide. At only 5\'2", large bags dwarf me. This bag is on the borderline of being appropriate for my stature.\r\n\r\nHowever, for the following reasons, I\'m keeping the bag: the color, "powder", is more of a soft lavender than light pink, which is a great neutral for year round; the leather is amazingly soft and the craftmanship and simple, classic style make this a handbag I\'ll keep for years. Lovely look, but seam tears - This bag is fabulous and absolutely stunning. The patent leather is shiny, and the design is unique. I have received soooo many compliments on it from friends and family. However, I don't recommend it if you carry lots of items in your bags like I do - the leather ripped away from the seam and I had to return it.

Great Bag!!!I love this bag - even cuter than the pictures. I was afraid it might not stay on my shoulder, as some double handle totes seem to slide off (at least one of the straps usually do), but the "sticky" patent leather helps with these and it stays put. The leather is VERY soft, not stiff. I got the fuchsia color, and it's beautiful! The liner inside also snaps in, so you can take it out and clean it, which is nice.

I purchased this bag from Zappos and I love the style. The wide open design allows me access to anything I need and the side pockets protect my sunglasses and cell phone perfectly. However, the straps are poorly designed, as others have pointed out, and the purse constantly falls apart. How sad that it occurred to me in a rainstorm and my leather bag dropped to the ground! I have to give the overall design 2 stars based on the constant problems with the straps, but 5 for comfort and style. I’m going to have my shoe repair person add some snaps that will be a secret to everyone, but me.

Awesome summer bag - I bought and returned 3 bags before I went back to my favorite brand, Francesco Biasia. You can't beat the quality at this price. Beautiful bag, lots of compartments. Will take me to work every day from spring through summer.

Fixed it!I love the looks of this bag and have had many compliments on it. I, too, had the problem with the straps coming undone, so I took it to the local shoe repair shop and they put shiny silver studs in to hold the straps securely.

Warning Ladies!!! This bag is not truly this color! I don't know what happened with the pictures and lighting, but the actual bag is much darker and less shiny! I even called to see if they had sent me the wrong bag, but they claim that the Musk is in fact the only color other than brown they received and thus the color of the one I have is the actual color. If you are looking for a lighter color bag, this is not it! Otherwise, it’s lovely and I hope to track down the actual lighter color somewhere.

Beautiful but lacking –As I said, this purse is beautiful. I did receive many compliments on it; however, it is hard to handle. The straps are not comfortable, the zipper is not easy to open and close, and it’s just too much work for me.

The Grey Looks Purple - I ordered the grey and when it arrived I was disappointed because it has a purple tint. The top of the bag folds over, but there is nothing to keep it closed. It looks better in the picture. So, it's going back.

This bag is huge...I love the bag and I love the color, but it is literally the size of an overnight bag. It won't fit on your shoulder and I am too short for such a large handbag. I wish I could keep it, but its way too big.

The clasp - I have a bag similar to this and was very disappointed. The part that the latch slips into came off and I do not know where or how to have it fixed. Never found the part that came off!

Poorly designed - Beautiful leather and a great cloth design inside, but completely agree with the other review. The design of this back is horrible!!! The straps constantly slip off-which has lead to many humiliating purse dumping moments. I am unable to return to Zappos due to it being so long since I have purchased, so now need to take the bag in and get it repaired. Zappos, however, is refunding me that repair cost. 5++ stars for Zappos for having great customer service. 1- star for this bag.

Good Purse - When the purse first arrived, I was amazed with how big it was. The picture made it seem like it was a small purse regardless of the measurements that was given. I normally only use small purses. This will take some adjusting but it will be just fine because it’s super cute. The flap flips open which is a neat concept but makes it hard for me to reach in but at the same time, it adds more privacy when digging through your purse. The feel of the purse is great and it also smells good :) There are more compartments than I dreamed off. There are a total of 8 compartments. The main compartment is big. It holds everything that I have just fine without it bulging. Overall, it’s a great purse!

Needs a fasten.This handbag is gorgeous! I love Francesco Biasia but the flap was not long enough to stay flapped over. The company should make this style again with a magnet fasten. I was disappointed b/c I loved this handbag!

Looks great/poor quality - I loved this bag when I got it 5 weeks ago. It is way overpriced - not good quality - the straps fell apart because of the loose buckles - and when you attempt to fix it - it keeps on slipping. For such an expensive bag - you would expect better quality from a name designer. Disappointing - I had no choice but to return to Zappos.

Very odd bag.This bag is shaped very strangely, and because there is no reinforcement in the bottom, it hangs poorly, when in use, like a plastic sack. The leather then twists on top from lack of structural support. I really wanted to like this bag, but it doesn't seems to be well thought out.
