What a fabulous case! This is perfect for cosmetics with room for several lipsticks, compact and lip liner. It is actually bigger than I expected, but still fits nicely in my purse. I love that it opens nice and wide to allow me to see everything inside, and I didn't know how much I needed a mirror until I had this case.

This little cosmetic case is adorable. The vintage style clasp is fun and easy to open. I don't use a lot of makeup so this is my everyday makeup case. I also take it along while traveling. It's just a little wider than 6 inches in length; long enough for my longest eye liner pencils and my retractable eyeshadow brush from Bare Essentials. Some regular brushes might be too long to fit. Considering it's size I am surprised just how much fits comfortably in it. I am able to fit a few eye liner pencils, a few eyeshadow sticks and compacts, a few lip sticks, Benetint, mascara, tweezers and nail clippers, and I cover everything with a handkerchief to protect the mirror from dust and scratches. The lid opens up and stays open so I can use it handsfree while doing my makeup. It is pretty big so I can also use it while doing my hair in a pinch. I do notice that the mirror is slightly flexible, but so far that doesn't detract from its usefulness.
