I returned to Zappos after a brief hiatus. I purchased this adorable sneaker in a half size too small. I needed the next size up. The lady, Megan, who assisted me with this transaction without my asking is sending me the right size, no charge. She is also forwarding to me the free return label as my printer is on the blink. Megan was polite and professional. In addition, she was sweet and welcoming. I am re-converted to being a Zappos customer and will convince my busy working friends to do business with a company like Zappos that respects and cherishes its customers and displays this by handling matters so skillfully. Thanks Megan and thanks Zappos!

The shoes are great! The color and style are very cute and I plan to wear these in England soon for a trip!! I love the style of the shoe it has the comfort of a tennis shoe but with much better style!! I got these in a 8.5 which is my normal tennis shoe size however I should have gotten them in an 8 since they seem much wider than I would have thought and I dont really plan to wear socks with them I'm afraid tightening them up will make them look weird. I will just have to wait and see when I wear them with an outfit. However other than the width of the show I love it, Fossil has great products and like I said, very cute shoe!

Love these. Haven't worn sneakers other than gym shoes for decades. I forgot how comfortable and lightweight they are. I wear with my own insoles. I prefer these to sandals. My toes aren't cold and I have security on stairs. Everyone I saw the first day I wore them complimented them as cute, even the hubby. I ordered a 2nd pair.
