I felt compelled to write this review after seeing a three star rating for this item. One reviewer complained about a checkbook not fitting this wallet. This is not a checkbook wallet, but it is not described as such so I did not expect it to be. Credit card slots are intended to each hold one credit card, and this wallet is no exception. If slots are overfilled, naturally the snap will not stay closed. It is similar to wearing a pair of size 4 jeans when you need a size 6. If you stuff yourself into the size 4, the snap will probably not stay closed. This is a great wallet with nine card slots and a slot for your driver's license. In addition to the three slip pockets for cash, receipts, etc., there are two additional large zip pockets. I keep a ton of change in one, and my cell phone, a lipstick, and compact in the other. I love this wallet, and highly recommend it!

So disappointed -- a beautiful wallet, high-quality, love the big zipper compartments...but this "checkbook wallet" won't hold a checkbook! When you slide the checkbook in, it blocks the snap, so you cannot close the wallet flap. What a cruddy design, Fossil! Didn't you measure a checkbook before you designed the wallet? Bummed to have to return this otherwise beautiful wallet. (Thank goodness for Zappos terrific return policy.)

Looks great, lots of pockets, great colors. Big complaint, if you have a lot of cards and fill up all the card slots, it will not snap and stay closed. Big bummer. It had to go back.

Exactly what I was looking for! It's more orange than red though - so beware if you are trying to coordinate that it is not the color on the screen - it's more of a burnt orange. More than enough room for all my cards!

I fell in love at first sight and it did not disappoint. The soft leather yet sturdy feel was so comfortable to hold without being clunky. I found that the two zipper compartments were very easy to access. The bottom part of the wallet is set up so comfortably to get credit/debit cards in and out of with a snap that actually works even when your wallet is stuffed. I would highly recommend this wallet. It's a good find and a keeper!
