On her second day of wearing these to school the "leather" had torn off of the toe part of the shoe. I sent them back.

These expensive school schools did not even last a month. They are scuffed up to high heaven. A total waste of money. I'll stick with my Stride Rite model even though they're less stylish!
I'd also recommend: Striderite
