My 5 year old son has a very wide foot so I was hopeful the extra wide width would fit well, unfortunately the extra wide was more like a medium width and we returned the shoes.

FootMate's Bucky suede shoe - This is a nice shoe for a boy and can be worn for dress or casual with jeans too. The low profile sole is different from other brands that make a 'buck' shoe and this makes it really nice. Basic, traditional, simple, clean look.

I have been purchasing FootMates for the last 3 years for my son.The suede Buckys are great for your toddler boy. The quality of this shoe can endure my son rugged wear after a long day of preschool.

These shoes seem to be super comfortable. They do run large, I would suggest ordering a size down. They are very cute on my son He wore them in a wedding as a Ring bearer, and now he has them for dress-up clothes. :)
