This was the second pair of foam treads that we have purchased for my mother-in-law who is 94 years old. We originally purchased them for house slippers but she liked them so much she wears them when she is out walking in the yard. Yes I said that she is 94 but still gets around pretty good. The foam treads offer both comfort and support and the soles are durable and non-slip which is very important for a 94 year old. The velcro strap across the instep makes putting on and taking off very easy and the strap can be adjusted for comfort. All in all an excellent shoe for any age.

These do not feel like slippers at all, they feel like shoes. Not comfy enough. I agree with an earlier reviewer that the placement of the label on the sole of the shoe is uncomfortable.

Bought these for a nursing home resident. They are easy to put on and warm. Not flimsy.

Buy one half size larger than you normally wear. These shoes run short so definitely buy 1/2 size larger. I didn't do that and had to return them and get the next size. I read the reviews, but didn't follow the advice. They are very comfortable and can easily be adjusted with the velcro strap. I have narrow feet so this is a big deal for me. The rubber sole goes outside as well as a pair of Keds. All in all, they do what I wanted them to do.

Got these for my elderly step mom who is in a nursing home. As with others, I went up 1/2 size and from narrow to medium. She loves them. Except because of the nice tapered toe, there isn't quite enough room for her hammer toes. So...I'll be ordering the wide.

The best slippers I have ever owned. They're so comfortable, you can even wear them outside to get the mail etc. I just love them.
