Overall:

I bought these for my 84 year old father. His feet and ankles are very swollen from bad circulation and diabetes. When I gave them to him he said: "I don't need another pair of slippers." I told him: "Dad, just try them on to see if you like them." He just loves them. He doesn't wear anything else now. When I took him to his doctor's appointment he had, 2 people asked where he got them. Thanks, Zappos!

Ingenious. Adjustable length and width allows for the ability to wear a large variety of thickness in socks. They're very warm and comfortable, and they look great.

These are the most comfortable house shoes/slippers I\'ve ever owned. The soles are such that you can even tend to a little outdoor activity such as taking out the trash or picking up the mail without having to change to a different sneaker or shoe. I love these slippers.

\r\n I purchase these for my 75 year old Mom and she is very picky about her shoes due to a medical foot problem and she absolutely loves these houseshoes. She said she feels like she doesn\'t have shoes on. She wears a 9.5 wide and I ordered the 10 and they are just perfect for her with a pair of socks. Thank you

Fabulous slippers. Beautiful styling and not too frumpy or bulky! Has a full back so it stays on the foot and I have a narrow foot. This would still fit a wider foot as there is lots of room in the toe. Love!

I purchased these house slippers for my husband's birthday. He tried two other pair before deciding these were the best. He was very hard to please because he didn't want a warm inner lining (they make his feet too hot since he wears socks with them). He also wanted an open heel. He says these are the most comfortable house slippers he's ever had. The added bonus was they were also reasonably priced!

I read the reviews for these slippers and they sounded exactly like what I\'d been looking for for my husband. He\'s diabetic and retains fluids at times, which make his feet swell. He says that, although they seem a bit too long from toe to heel, they are really comfortable and he\'s very satisfied with them.

Overall:

These are Old Man Slippers, make no mistake, but they're very comfortable with socks and great for puttering about the house. Only 3 stars for style, though, because, well: old man slippers. If you don't care what others think when they see you in these, or if they never leave your mancave, then you're golden.

I bought Foamtreads for my husband. He has been having achy feet lately and needed something soft and comfy. My husband hates for me to buy him shoes; he has wide feet and is just not happy paying shipping to return shoes that don't fit. So, out on the limb of slippers I tread. I liked the write up and the way Foamtreads Slippers looked and since Zappos has free shipping, I took a chance. Hubby really likes them. Since the slippers are clog-type slippers, it took him a bit of time to get used to them. The only reason he gave them a chance was because they felt so good on his feet! Great buy from great folks! Slippers are keepers!

I love these slippers! You feel like you're wearing "real shoes" because of the sturdy sole, but the slippers are still very cozy and comfortable. I thought they would have more arch support; they really don't have much, if any. I think they run slightly larger in size because they're a little big if I don't wear socks with them, and they're absolutely perfect with socks. I wouldn't buy a size up, just wear some socks!

I needed new slippers that I could wear out but I wanted something that doesn\'t look like slippers. I haven\'t been able to wear regular shoes for a few months. I searched online and saw the Foamtreads. After reading the reviews and admiring the black ones I ordered 2 pairs, sizes 11 and 12 just to be sure. They arrived and I tried them on. Both fit and I have the 2 sizes in case one foot is more swollen than the other. I wore them to a party and noone ever knew! They are so comfortable! Thank you so much!

Comfy way to come home from work - I put these on for the first time and said, "ahhh." This is exactly what I was looking for. I got the "mauve" color hoping for more of a lavender as the photo seemed to show, and I was pleased that they were indeed more like the picture than mauve.

Great slippers!Keep in mind that these are more like a D or E rather than a EE when ordering the Wide size. Not too hot like some slippers. I wear an 8.5EEE and the 9W fit perfectly.

Love the shoes; just what I was looking for. My first try at Zappos and I ordered a too small size. Could not believe how quickly, easily and promptly Zappos replaced them with the proper size. Just due to such fine business practices, I will shop Zappos again.

Very comfortable! Excellent fit. I am diabetic and these are great for shoes around the house. They are not stylin' enough for me to wear to the store, but they are great around the house.

I love these slippers. After looking at them online, my concern was the sole of the slipper. I wondered if they would have enough support (the sole looked narrow), but they are well balanced with a soft enough sole that they are really comfortable and flexible, yet some protection from the elements when I take them outside. Sized true and they are so cute.

I think they look a little cuter in the picture; however, they are just pretty cute to begin with. I thought they would be cute enough to half way wear as outside shoes, but they kind of looked funny. Maybe because I have bigger feet. Size 11, yikes! Smaller feet would maybe look better "?". They weren't quite "slipper-ish" enough for me to keep, (comfy-wise) so I sent them back. Got to love Zappos! Heck, it was worth the try.

These are the most comfortable bedroom shoes I have ever owned. If you are looking for something with some support, these are the ones. The sole is one that can even go outdoors. I may run to the mailbox with them on. I have always heard the phrase old lady comforts, and I think I have found them.

Jewel fits like a dream. Do alot of in & out errands. Keep my feet warm & dry. Of course\r\ndon\'t run out in the rain, did that with a similar\r\npr. diferent brand and they just fell apart. look great if company pops in. These do have mild support.
