I've never spent so much on a pair of winter boots. These are definitely worth every penny. No breaking in required, no stiffness. They are wonderful, fit like a glove. I live in Syracuse, NY we get WINTER weather. I wore them today comfortable doesn't touch it, and warm. Very happy and satisfied. I'll be back.

Just received these boots and they are a winner! Lightweight and soft but still supportive. The insoles are removable so I can wear custom orthotics. They aren't as clunky as many boots I've tried. A plus!

The boots do have fleece lining all the way through the boot but have no cushioning. I prefer a cushier sole and am returning. They are absolutely adorable. I wear a 9 and they were a tiny bit snug in the toes with regular socks on.

Ordered this boot last night about 7pm, and were delivered by 11am the next day. I was able to wear them out to lunch, and loved them. They are warm and comfortable, although I may have to insert a gel insole for added comfort, not very padded, especially needed in the heel area. I did order a half size larger, usually wear a size 8 1/2, ordered a 9, and they fit perfectly. For a boot, they are stylish, and I can wear them in the office, they look good with jeans. Thanks Zappos, I love my new boots.

Love these boots. I bought them to wear on a trip to northern England because I thought it was going to rain every day. It rained some, but they were so comfortable and stylish that I wore them every day!

Cute boot, really light weight and runs a whole size small. I usually wear a 9 and ordered these in a 40 but they were too tight in the toe area especially if you want to wear heavier socks.

When I first wore the boots, I was disappointed because it felt like I was walking on the bare ground. However, after continued wear, the boots feel more comfortable now, especially with wool socks.

Love these but they run quite small. Ordered my regular size 42 (11), and they felt more like a 10 or even 9.5. Should've sent them back but was so excited to get them that I wore them outside before I realized, No, they're not going to stretch out that much. Maybe I'll try taking them to a shoe shop to get them stretched. Otherwise, very cute, well-made and comfortable.
