OMG! I love dealing with Zappos! I'm not one to do on-line shopping because of a bad experience with another company in the past and all the shipping fees, etc. I decided to go out on a limb and order from Zappos. A very positive experience every time I've ordered from them. I will continue to order from them and have recommended them to friends. If only everyone did business as they do! :)
