Love it! This is my dream shoe. It goes great with my "dressier" wardrobe, and it goes great with jeans. I broke these shoes in within one hour (they were comfortable from the start). I highly recommend this shoe!

New shoes for Mama - The shoe is what I expected. It is a fine dressier shoe than I am usually able to wear. Age, broken heel, hammer toes, etc.

Not as comfy as suggested - The heel slipped horribly and insole is very hard. In hindsight I should have returned them but didn't. While they look really nice they are not the comfortable loafers I was hoping for. I was very disappointed.

Disappointing - The left shoe was unfortunately a bit too little. They look great online but had I seen them at a store the maximum I would have paid for them is half the price. They are comfortable if both shoes were the same actual size...

Review of Yvonne IV replaced previous Yvonne IV - At first, felt narrow, but after a couple of wearings, the width was perfect. Same issue with the size, felt small but stretched to perfect fit.
Brands I'd also recommend: Nautualizer, black patent loafer. But they don't make them anymore

Remarkable Comfort - I was really pleased at how well the Fitzwell shoe fit. They are very comfortable and perfect for the business woman who is constantly on the go. These shoes come highly recommended.

Ouch! For some reason, the little gel ball in the heel of the shoe is harder! It makes the shoes somewhat painful to walk in. The first day was really bad, the second day was slightly better, but they could have done without that gel ball!

They’re OK - The gel ball in the heel hurts - it actually makes the heel pad harder! The entire footbed is HARD. There is zero arch support. So they're not as comfortable as I had hoped. While there is room inside for my wide foot, the heel slips. Normally I wear a 7W-7.5W and with these I wear a 7W. That said I'm keeping them because they are tolerable and it's really hard for me to find any shoes that don't kill my feet.

I love these shoes! The heel is harder than you would think given the "gel" area where your heel rests but despite this, the shoes are great. I'm on my feet all day and these shoes were very comfortable. I ordered a 7 1/2, which is my size and they fit perfectly. Zappos' service is beyond my expectations. The shoes arrived in 2 days. It was and is, a dream come true.

Just A Bit Too Tight - Very cute shoe that will work with lots of looks -- but it was just a bit too small, so it's going back. The wider width will be perfect, but it's out of stock. Hope Zappos replenishment people are as speedy as its shipping folks!

Was thrilled to find my size 10.5 - Thank goodness for Zappos. I have large feet and can hardly find shoes right for my feet. The Fitzwell model does not compromise style with the larger size. I also loved quick delivery, which was totally essential.

Loved the look, can't wear them - I bought these because I wanted something with a little animal print, BUT I just can't wear them. I even tried wearing them around the house 3 times. The gel in the foot is so hard it is just unwearable. Unfortunately this shoe just does not work for me.

CUTE! Ordered the 6.5 W thinking I'd need the toe space but returned them and ordered the 6W instead. Crossing fingers that they fit better (no heal slip). I'm not quite ready for old lady shoes YET! Adorable shoe in the animal prints!!!!

I convinced. Zappos is great! This was my first purchase with Zappos. I found it very helpful to have the review of other bought. I love the fit. They are most comfortable. Some complained of the heel being uncomfortable but I have not found that so. The look is rather classic, the leather surprised me that it was so nice. I will definitely purchase more shoes from Zappos
