This is a great shoe for dress slacks. I bought it in 3 colors. I think it runs a little on the small side, but very comfortable and good quality.

Great shoe. Extremely comfortable, cute and affordable. They do seem to run big, however. When I purchased my normal size I wore them 2 times and they stretched out so that they were clearly too big for me. I just gave those to my sister whose feet are a bit bigger than mine and bought some more (2 pairs actually in 2 colors) a 1/2 size smaller. I love them!

Very comfortable shoe that inexpensively replaced a well-loved $200+ pair of Munros, with great success! Width is very true to size. The only thing I don't like is the little "air" pad at the heel; after wearing them all day, you start to feel the outline of the cushion.

Great shoe! I ordered the brown suede. The fit is true to size and the shoe is very comfortable. The shoe also has a nice quality. The only negative would be the rubber sole; once it is worn down, it cannot be repaired as it is a one piece rubber sole (no removable parts). However, for the price it is a really nice looking shoe. Love Zappos and their speedy exchange process. I first ordered another style which didn't fit. Zappos replaced that shoe with this one before I returned the other. I just ordered a pair of shoes from Amazon and they have no exchange program. You have to return the shoe, wait for credit and reorder. Last time I order anything from them; I'll stick with Zappos!

Great shoe, I was very happy with the fit, which was true to size & width. Small heel was just right for me, I'm 5'9". I don't like to add height, but the small heel gave me just enough to be dressy. The gel pad inside gave comfort throughout my day. I'm very happy with the shoe; can be worn as dress or with jeans. Thank you Zappos!

I love my Fitzwell Yvonne IV and that is no small feat (gotta love puns) because I have bunions and cannot wear those narrow, pointy-toe things. I need deep and wide to be comfy and these are awesome! I did order my normal size in a wide which is great for my toes but I do find that my heel slides up and down, so I\\\'ll put in a heel grip. Finally, the Fitzwell gel icon under your heel is annoying at first, but it gets less hard with time so don\\\'t let that disuade you from keeping these shoes.

The shoes fit me exactly as ordered - length and width. They are very comfortable and look great with casual pants. You will love them!

This shoe would have been a keeper had the sizes been correct. I first ordered one size larger than my norm and that pair was to big. I then turned around and order my normal size, and as I feared, that size was a tad to short on the big toe. These shoes made my foot appear smaller, I so wanted to keep any pair, but both were returned. Heck, I even came back to see if these came in 1/2 size, not offered up in my size bracket. Sad to return, but they are going back for the second time. I have had my share with trying Fitzwell shoes, I will never order this brand again as the sizes are off the mark for me.

Unfortunately, I found them to be uncomfortable at the heel. They have a gel cushion at the heel that is supposed to make them more durable and shock absorbant, but it feels like there is something in my shoe that doesn't belong there. I am returning them today.

These shoes have been a Godsend for work. I am a flight attendant and these shoes are nice enough looking that I can wear them with my dress pants, but still comfortable enough that I can stand for 10-12 hours. The only thing is that they may need a little more arch support depending on your foot.

Great looking shoe, too big in the heel -
I loved this shoe, but the fit around my heel was loose. I'm not sure a smaller size would fix the problem. I may buy a 1/2 size smaller. I have a wide foot, the width is no problem, just the way it fits around my heel.

I am now wearing the Yvonne IV and to say these are comfortable is not the word. The little gel cushion for back of feet is not comfortable. There is just a little gel patch just under the heel and not the full heel which make your entire heel ache. They need to put a full cushion back there or not at all. Your heel just hang over this gel patch and make pressure just under the feet. OUCH! If you wear a full size get the next half size larger because its a little short at the toe box for the little toes. The large toe is ok. The shoe it self gaps at the sides when you walk in them. The only thing postive about this shoe is the leather, its soft. Don\'t buy!

Love a classic -
I got the dove grey suede, and I LOVE THEM! I may get more colors. My foot is wide across the ball of the foot where all the bones are, then normal to narrow toward the heel. This shoe fits like a glove (so to speak). Really well made. It is comfort and style in one.

I wear a 12 which was too small but fit me width ways, so I exchanged for a 13 which is long enough but now sloppy on my foot. I am going to keep because it is difficult to find low heeled stylish long shoes. I am going to have to add padding either in the foot bed or heel. The heel does slip.

Excellent mail-order shoe experience -
This is the first time I attempted mail-order shoes and I hit the jackpot! The shoes were exactly what I wanted, are a perfect fit, and very comfortable. And I found them within a few minutes in the comfort of my own home instead of running around looking in shoe stores for what I wanted.
Great comfort for the office -
These shoes are great for the office. Works well with all my petite length pants. Very comfortable. I don't see any faults with this shoe.
