Super Disappointed - When I first got these boots in October 08, I LOVED them. They are super warm, really cute, and go with everything! The problem is that they are NOT DURABLE at all! I wore them mostly for fashion and to keep my feet warm in the snow. However, having them only six months, I put them on today and both heels are so worn that water got in through the seam and soaked my heels.

These boots are awesome!!! So warm and lightweight! My feet crave them before I even get out of bed and I leave them on all day even if I don't leave the house. And Zappos is awesome! So far the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked Shoe Arch: No arch supportGood Shoes - These boots are very warm. They had the color I wanted in a 9 (only come in full sizes) and usually I am an 8 1/2. I wish I waited it out for the color I wanted in a size 8. These are starting to stretch out.

Love this boot! This boot goes on very easily. It's perfect for those with wide feet. It's snug and warm, but still breathes. The service was incredible. I received the boots within 24 hours of ordering them with free shipping!

I heart these boots! I ordered these boots in the color sand and could NOT be happier! They are not only super cute but are SOOOOO comfortable! In addition, I ordered them ground mail but received them the very next day! I love ZAPPOS!
