I bought these shoes to spice up a conservative dress for my husband's holiday work party. I have a wide foot at the front, narrow heels to boot, and high arches, so shopping for shoes is often a frustrating experience. I originally bought these in a 8.5 WW, but they were too big in the back of the shoe for my heel. I re-ordered them in a 8 wide and they fit just right, and with a little help from some shoe trees, should fit perfectly. The texture of the animal print fabric is like a coarse animal hair, and the color is true to what's shown here.

When I tried this shoe on at home, it seemed to fit well. I walked around the house with it and it felt pretty comfortable. Unfortunately, it did not work out as nicely once I got outside. My right foot, which is a bit smaller than my left foot, kept popping out of the shoe. I really did want these to work out, as I was looking for a more solid heel, but it became too uncomfortable to wear after a while. The Ros Hommerson pumps that I got (very similar in style) have worked out much better for me.

The shoes were a little snug, but after putting shoe trees in them, and wearing them a few times, they now fit perfectly. I have a narrow heal, long toes, and high arches. I can wear them most of the day and my feet do not hurt. They look real sharp with a dress skirt. They are the perfect professional pump!

While these are pretty comfortable for heels they do get uncomfortable towards the end of the day. My only real complaint is that they are so loud when walking on tile. Other than that they are great. I bought them for my dress whites/summer uniforms.

I'm crazy about these shoes. They are extremely comfortable, in addition to being stylish and not looking OL (Old Lady). I took the advice of previous reviewers and ordered 1/2 smaller than I usually wear, but they were too small, so I reordered my regular size. I have a medium width foot, so maybe that was the difference. I highly recommend these shoes.

I had never heard of Fitzwell before and because of problems with my feet, I'm usually an Ecco girl, but after looking for Navy Blue shoes, which Ecco doesn't seem to ever carry, Zappos showed me the Fitzwell. I have now bought two pair of the Fitzwell's and wearing them with no problem at all and they are so sharp. I'm sold sold sold on this company. I plan to buy the dark brown ones next and then I'm going for the brown croco. I just have to pray they are still in stock in a week or so. Love those Zappos folks.
