These shoes are very comfortable and last a long time considering the cheap price. I wore them from the time I got out of bed in the morning until I went to bed at night most days. I am a college student and even wore them to class some days. They have a bottom sole that affords walking outside, especially on concrete. I would warn that you shouldn't wear them in dirt or mud because they are hard to clean. They wear great with or without socks all year around. I'm about to order my second pair right now in the Sandstone color. They are about a 1/2 size to small, so size up for sure if you want to wear socks. I wear an 11 1/2 woman's, so the 12 work great for me. Thanks Zappos for your wonderful customer support and great products!

The fit is a little small, almost 1/2 a size. And there is no arch support or padding...or so it felt to me. I'll be sending these back.
