The wide fits as expected and is comfortable for all-day wear though could use some padding inside. The materials and construction seem pretty poor for the price, but from a distance it looks nice. It's rather wide around the calf and ankle - not a good choice for those with slim legs.

Beautiful boot! Comfortable, but the fit is strange on me. Only just wide enough across the toes but baggy from midfoot back and through ankle. Had to return them.

I was trying these boots on when my husband came in and said: "Whoa! I like these!" I do too. Elegant and comfortable, these boots are perfect to wear with skirts. The leather may appear a little slick, but it is soft and will pick up creases with time. I am really glad I ordered them in wide. It would be a good idea to plan to wear a gel insert.

I love this boot! Very comfortable and the side zip makes it easy to take off and put on without having to unlace and lace up every time. The leather is good quality and the sizing is right on for me.

The best boots you ever could own! They keep you dry in 13 inches snow, they keep you warm too, and they have you walk comfortably. Unbelievable! If I didn't have a pair, I'd get them.

Boot is nice, but too tight; also the boot box the shoes came in was too big for the boots and they slid around in the package. I added some bags to help in sending the boots back.

These boots are so comfy. (Would not expect less from Fitzwell.) I wore them for a couple of hours around the house to make sure of the fit and then wore them for a 3 hour singing performance on concrete, with no problems. The laces are real, even though there is a side zipper, so you can loosen the fit around your ankles if you need to (I did). I wear a WW. They are also very cute on.

These are great boots. I love the Fitzwell boots for wide calves. Mine are wide but not extra wide. I had ordered a pair of their knee hi boots -- but when I saw these, I returned the others and took these. The others were also great. I think that Fitzwell does a fabulous job of making wide calf boots look great, and not way out of proportion. I wanted these because I always loved the granny style boots, and these have a zipper so you can slip in an out easily. I have not worn them yet except around the house, but they are really comfortable so far. The leather is really nice.

Great shoe. I have very wide feet and some foot issues. Ordered this shoe in a WW and it was indeed a WW. Wore them for my wedding and did not have foot pain afterward. I like that you can dress up or down with them.

These Fitzwell Rhea black boots are great. They are a medium width and are perfect for my feet. Also, there is a side zipper and the lace-ups are adjustable as well for perfect calf-hugging comfort. They look great with jeans, dress pants, and longer skirts.
