Fabulous shoe! Beautiful, comfortable shoe. But, please, save Zappos the return shipping and save yourself the aggravation of a return by ordering this fabulous shoe in a half-size larger that you normally wear. I'd read the other reviews about the fit, didn't heed them and wish I had. All is well though, since Zappos got my re-order shipped and delivered in two days. Thanks Zappos guys!

I love, love, LOVE these shoes! They are professional, comfortable, yet sexy! The fit is true to size, and the heel is high enough to be fashionable, but not too high to walk and stand all day in at work. I can also walk down the street to go to lunch in them. I am so glad I found Fitzwell – I’ve now purchased about 6 of their styles, and I love them all!

Shoes were way too wide in the heel and consequently I kept walking out of them and creating a hazard. Tripping all the time. Great looks, but fit is awful.

This is a nice looking shoe BUT it runs really small. I easily wear a medium width but this one is really really tight. Also the distance from the inner sole to top where you slide your foot in is very very short and cuts. I used shoe stretchers 2x and although it helped they are not good for walking in the office all day. Buying the next size up wouldn't help it isn't the length that is the problem. Find something else. Even though these are attractive they are horrid for comfort.

Navy Fitzwell Patsy -
I've been looking for a navy pump in this style and heel height for some time. Since I was able to read other reviews, I ordered this in 1/2 size larger which worked out well for me.

Beauty at a price -
These are great-looking shoes that are well-balanced and go with all my business clothes. Only complaint is the toe area is a bit narrow and short so after an hour or so my little toe goes numb. Maybe that's just me.

Cute shoe but not nearly enough toe room -
This shoe is so cute and would be so comfortable if not for the fact that it pinched and squeezed my toes in the worst way. I even got a wide and there was still not enough room. Also my heel kept slipping out of them but I added a heel cushion and that worked pretty well. Other than that they were very easy to walk in and had a nice cushiony feel to them. I only wore them once so I'm really hoping that they stretch a little and become more comfortable. If not for the pinching toes they would be super comfortable shoes!

Narrower than most -
These shoes look terrific. A classic platform pump. For work or going out. The toe area is definitely narrower than most shoes even in wide. Probably from the shape - more pointy than most. They had good padding and were well constructed. Tried size and size and a half larger with no luck. Sending them back. Plan to try other Fitzwell styles.

Very nice business shoe -
I love the look of this shoe. It's a very sophisticated business shoe. At first it was a bit tight at the toe, but after a week or so, it stretched and feels very comfortable.

Nice look--not a walking shoe -
I love the look. I bought these in 8 and 8-1/2 M. 8-1/2 fit better in the toe area but slipped off the heel. The 8 is too tight and becomes painful after walking around for a while. I plan to send all back and reorder an 8 in the wide width if available. Hopefully this will work without slipping off the heel!

Definitely a "sitting down" shoe -
Ordered the shoes on a Tuesday, got them on Wednesday. Super cute shoes, but really narrow in the toe area (I ordered a wide, too) and wide in the heel. Had to put heel inserts in them so my foot wouldn't slide out. Not comfortable if you're going to do a lot of walking around.

Great Shoe but too narrow -
This shoe is stylish especially with the fun platform but its really narrow in the toe area. I really liked the shoe but I had to return it because it was really uncomfortable. I could tell that the shoe was not going to give in the toe area. Love the brand though.

This shoe is so pretty and the height is great. I ordered a 9 wide, but it feels like a 9 medium width. I'm keeping them, because they are so nice looking, but will carry a spare pair of shoes. I do love the fact that I can buy such pretty shoes in wide widths at Zappos. I have others that fit great. If it wasn't for this site all the wide width choices out there would be so limited as far as style is concerned.

Exactly what I was looking for. I got them in navy and you can't hardly find navy let alone a nice casual heel. Heel height is perfect and style is great, seem to be comfortable. Got them in less than 24 hours after I ordered them. LOVE ZAPPOS!!!!!

Adorable, but painful -
When I see these shoes in my closet, I cringe thinking of wearing them. They are absolutely adorable... I’ve received so many compliments on them. However, I never wear them for extended periods of time. The one time I did, I almost cried from the pain. They are very tight and don't break in very well. The heel starts to rub and the toes are very tight. The trouble is, they are MUCH cuter than they look on the site. They've got that retro, platform-heel look and I wear them with skinny jeans or dresses; they're very versatile, if you can endure the pain.
