Cute, but no go. I have had lots of problems with this brand in finding the correct size for my feet. But something about these flats just would not work. I wear a 9 to a 9.5 and my foot runs a bit wide. I ordered a 9W and my toe was crammed up to the edge. I ordered a 9.5W and a 9.5WW and still my toes were crammed into the toe box. There really wasn't much difference from the 9.0 to the 9.5. A size 10 would have caused my heel to slip. These did have a nice insole, and heel gel pad. But I suspect the design of the insole is what causes the foot to move forward in the shoe. And the wide size was not terribly wide. If your foot is truly wide, order the WW. So sadly, all sizes were returned, which was too bad because these were super cute shoes. I hope you have better luck.

This shoe fit fine...except in the toe, which was rigid to the point of being painful. Hard to go wrong with a simple flat like this one, and yet it manages to look dowdy and cheap nonetheless.

One shoe is cut differently from the other. The left cut at the toe is lower than the cut on the right shoe. If they were both the same, I would have kept them. Comfortable, but I felt like I was wearing two different shoes - perhaps no one but me would have noticed!

While beautiful, these shoes were not sized correctly. After reading the reviews I ordered up a size, but they were still far too small. I ordered up another size and they were huge. I'm afraid they have to go back.

I just had to order another pair, I find that flats to be very cute and comfortable, I wear them to work every day. I have no problems with them. I have trouble finding cute shoes but Zappos helps with this problem. I just wish I could find more sandals in size 13W. I keep shopping here at Zappos!
I'd also recommend: Annie's.

I fell in love with these flats when I first saw them and again when I put them on when they arrived the next day after ordering them, love the fasts delivery. Now that's service. The fit true to size and are very comfortable. Great with jeans or a skirt. I love them at the office, I'm on my feet all day long.
I'd also recommend: Naturlizer, Softwalks, Walking Cradels & RSVP.

Really cute shoes, comfortable and fit perfectly. Been wearing ballet flats more lately, and these are some of my faves. Very feminine/sexy cut, and I love the fact that they have no heel at all - most ballet flats have a tiny 1/8 inch heel, these have just a continuous wedge which gives them a little perkier look. Very happy with the quality, wearability (I've even used these on my treadmill), comfort, and overall look. As other reviewers have suggested, I think these run slightly small; I ordered 1/2 size up since they didn't have my "real" size in stock and they're fine.
