Cute, but no go. I have had lots of problems with this brand in finding the correct size for my feet. But something about these flats just would not work. I wear a 9 to a 9.5 and my foot runs a bit wide. I ordered a 9W and my toe was crammed up to the edge. I ordered a 9.5W and a 9.5WW and still my toes were crammed into the toe box. There really wasn't much difference from the 9.0 to the 9.5. A size 10 would have caused my heel to slip. These did have a nice insole, and heel gel pad. But I suspect the design of the insole is what causes the foot to move forward in the shoe. And the wide size was not terribly wide. If your foot is truly wide, order the WW. So sadly, all sizes were returned, which was too bad because these were super cute shoes. I hope you have better luck.

I appreciate brands that offer size 10.5, and Fitzwell is one of them. I received this shoe and wore it for an entire weekend trip to San Antonio. The shoes were stylish and comfortable. They transitioned well from dressed-up casual in jeans, to business-conference appropriate. They are more white than black, though, so I think I'll be limited to wearing them in the spring/summer.

Comfy and cute! My first time purchasing this brand, but they're really comfy. They look high-quality and seem sturdy. I often have trouble with my narrow heels slipping out of shoes, but not with these! The fit is perfect.

This shoe fit fine...except in the toe, which was rigid to the point of being painful. Hard to go wrong with a simple flat like this one, and yet it manages to look dowdy and cheap nonetheless.

I have been looking for a Navy Blue Flat. The shoe looks nice - but I found the shoe to be a bit stiff and I'm hopeful they will soften with wear. I am an 8.5 med and the fit was fine.

Cute, a little more "plastic" looking than I expected...but very tight in the toes. The heel would be loose a size larger, but the toe box was immediately uncomfortable.

These shoes were just delivered and they totally do not fit. They were way too small for a wide foot. If you have extra wide feet like me, these are not the shoes for you. My feet were crammed in and barely fit. Love the style so I was rather disappointed.

It didn't work out for me. Originally the shoe attracted me because it was simple and I enjoyed the Dark chocolate color (ordered the brown). Also, in the video it looked to cover the toes completely, which I require in flats. However, I received it and found that it was tiny and stiff! My toes were utterly smashed. I am a solid 8.5 and these felt like 8s to me. I would suggest not buying these shoes on that merit alone. If you do decide to give these a try, buy half a size larger and expect that you'll need to buy arch support inserts.

This shoe looks great, and the color is amazing! I usually am a size 13 in Fitzwell brand, but these shoes definitely run small. I also ordered the size 14, but they were not made properly, and the shape did not conform to the foot properly.

They run a little bit small. I wear a size 5.5 and had to send them back and am going to order a size 6. I really like them so I hope the bigger size will work.

Very cute flat with some support. Runs small, though. I ordered an 8, my usual size and won't be able to wear for any length of time. I would probably order 1/2 size up next time, but I do really like the shoe otherwise.

These are dissappointing. I run between a 12 and 13 and the overall fit in a 13 was OK. They are surprisingly wide, smelt of plastic, painfully stiff through the toe box and a weirdly frumpy cut. This is my last try with Fitzwell as they are too expensive for how cheap they look and feel.

I usually wear an 8M, occasionally an 8W in flats. As suggested by customer comments, I ordered an 8.5W. The length is good, so I think it runs a half size short, but it is way too wide, so I think it must actually run a bit wide. Will reorder in an 8.5 M and hope it fits.

I have very wide feet and it's very difficult to find shoes (other than athletic shoes) that fit well. I'm delighted with these shoes. They also pack well for traveling.

Hutzbadly! The sole of this shoe is very stiff and it doesn't bend as you walk. The leather is also very stiff. Perhaps if you take a chance to wear the shoes in and that could make them better. I didn't want to take the chance.
