Sexy - These shoes are really sexy without being an open toe. There's lots of toe "cleavage" through the straps, but it's not gross at all. With the low heel, they're very comfortable and the footbed really is padded. Easy to walk in with a nice snug heel.

Yikes! Wide is NOT wide! I have a wide foot and even though I ordered these in a WW they were WAY too narrow. I couldn't wear them for more then a few minutes. They are adorable and I love the style, but they aren't made for ladies with wide feet. BUT, thank you Zappos, returns are NO problem!

Nice shoes - I have a wide foot and normally wear a size 7. I found these to be about a half size too large... I don't know if it's because maybe I am a 6.5 cramming my wide foot into a bigger regular width shoe or if the shoes just run large. I will keep mine-- they are soo cute and perfect for me because I am on my feet all day as a teacher. LOVE the gel insoles.

Awesome Shoes - I highly recommend these shoes to anyone! I have never had a pair of pumps that I could actually walk in for an extended period of time before (I have bunions, which can make finding comfortable shoes which are actually attractive a real challenge). Hurrah for Fitzwell!

Love these shoes - It is so hard to find a cute pair of flat or low heel shoes so I was so happy to find these. There are very stylish and so comfortable. It is very hard to find that combination in shoes. I had gotten a half a size bigger, and they do fit a little big, but nothing I can't deal with. Definitely recommend these shoes.

Love the style - Finding unique dress shoes with a 2" heel or less is generally challenging for me. The minute I saw these shoes I knew that I had to buy them! I wore them for many hours the first day and I put them to the "walk at work" test. I walked many stairs, park lots, and even grass! The heel area feels larger than marked. I had 3 incidents where I almost lost my shoe as a result. Still, overall, I'm happy with this shoe because of its look and comfort.

Looks much better than the picture - I didn't think I would be impressed with this shoe. I just needed a good brown dress shoe. This shoe exceeded my expectations. It is much better looking than the picture and it’s very comfortable. I can wear it all day and not have sore feet at the end of the day. I will certainly be looking at more Fitzwell shoes in the future.

Stylish But Not Comfortable Enough - Stacey London and Clinton Kelley keep telling me I CAN find a comfortable pair of pointy toed shoes that are comfortable and will fit my size 8W. But I haven't found those shoes yet. These were close, and they were so darned cute I hated to send them back. The heel comfort with the gels is great, and they were basically wide enough. Yet the pointy toe did cramp the ends of my toes a bit, and the slits rubbed my toes as well. I wouldn't be able to make it 30 minutes standing in this shoe. I have decided to give in and get a squarer toed dress pump in favor of comfort.

Maybe I'll try again... I was disappointed in the fit of these after reading all of the other reviews. I'm a regular wearer of heels, and always on the lookout for a cute pair that's a more reasonable height. I found these a bit small (I'm a size 10) and could feel the grommet detail on the top of my foot. The shoe looks pretty nice for the value though. Maybe I'll try this brand again in another style...

Very cute... but rubs my feet the wrong way. First, this is an adorable brown shoe - I have been looking for a brown dress shoe with a low but cute heel and interesting classic style for ages, and this works. Second, I love the gel heel pad, although as other reviewers mentioned, it would be nice to have one under the ball of my foot too! Re: size - I wear a 7 1/2 or 8, so I ordered both sizes, and picked the 7 1/2, which felt great in my house. However after a day of wearing it at work, my foot was slipping around a bit, and my heel would pop out when I was walking around outside - so I'd go with a half size smaller than you usually wear. Finally, either the grommets or holes at the toe are rubbing on my foot when I walk - and they really hurt. It's unfortunate because otherwise the shoe (and gel insert) is quite comfy. I can't quite figure out how to fix this, you can't really add padding on the top of your foot because of the holes in the shoe. This pain didn't kick in till half way through the work day, so I would just recommend you wear them for a long time on carpet to make sure this doesn't happen for you. It's an expensive shoe to be that painful!

Gr8 look, bad fit - I am a 7 1/2 wide and ordered my size, but these didn't fit at all - I couldn’t even get my smaller right foot in the shoe. Disappointed because it is a gorgeous shoe. Thanks to Zappos for free returns!
