These shoes look cute but I ordered a 12WW and they were extremely tight in the toe area. Also, when you walk, it tugs on your heel too. Cute shoe but not the size they claim it should be.

I bought the smooth brown Kae and they look great with my Khaki colored slacks for work and about. They fit and look well but they have a very foul smell. I think it's the brown paint on the shoe that smells like burnt rubber. It's slowly abating and that's why it gets four stars. I'm being more patient than most with the problem.

Vamp is shorter than it appears and shoes are narrow across the base of the toes. Not a comfortable shoe at all.

These shoes were exactly as pictured and are very comfortable. What you don't see, though, is that they have a VERY strong leather smell that doesn't want to dissipate, and is a bit embarrassing, as you can really smell them when I wear them (and especially when I open my closet). I had assumed it was a "new" smell, but I've had them a few weeks, and it's not improving. They will stay at the back of my closet until it goes away. Hope it's soon.

These shoes look really nice, but they are very narrow. So if you have narrow feet, you will love them. But if you have normal/wide feet they are a bad choice.

Shoes look awesome on my big foot. As long as my feet aren't too swollen, they're comfortable. If I'm swollen, the shoes get tight in the toe area. Actual walking is great, although not a lot of arch support, they still feel good to walk in. Overall, very happy with the shoe. (Not the shoe's fault my feet and ankles swell at the end of the day!)

Penny loafers with just a little extra. I love the slight metallic finish on these shoes. I bought wides, but they they are slightly narrower than Fitzwell's wides tend to be. Still wearable but just took a bit of breaking in.

Theses shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes that I have ever received from Zappos. The hard soles make them hard to walk in. They look good but looks do not add up to comfort. If I had not worn them outdoors I would have returned them.

Incredibly painful shoe - the goring on the front-sides is way to tight and inflexible, returned them after one wearing. The heel slips, runs wide through the middle then horrible through the front. Don't buy this shoe - it's adorable, looks great, feels awful.

This shoe runs super narrow. The double wide was equivalent to a regular shoe width. Otherwise it's a cute and versatile shoe.

Why oh why do they put their logo in some kind of jelly on the inside heel? I swear I'm not the princess and the pea...it feels like there's a rock in the shoe! Get it out of there! I like the color, style and fit and I guess I could put an insole in the shoe, but that would probably make the "pea" feel bigger! Adios cute shoes...back you go!

After wearing them I found the toe on the right shoe only was narrow in height putting pressure on my toenail and very uncomfortable. The quality and leather was beautiful and I'm very disappointed I can't wear them.

This shoe was moderately comfortable, but there was place on the side that rubbed my foot. The stitching sticks out inside the shoe. Also the Camel Crinkle Patent PU looked like baby poop, not like nice color shown.

I was looking for a grey color shoe to wear with slacks. Grey is a hard color to find, with most I have seen being of suede. This shoe is not too dressy or flashy. It just finishes off the overall look. Fair value for the money.
