This is a shoe that you have to break in. For the first couple of days, they were a little hard. After a week, I am glad I kept them. They are comfortable and they look nice too. I would definitely buy another pair when I need them.

I bought these shoes for my husband. We were very disappointed when the gel packs in the heels split open and the sticky gel oozed out and ruined his socks. We returned the shoes to Zappos.

Might be the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. The insole is so high that the back of the shoe is about as high as a flip-flop. I feel that I am walking downhill because my toes are so much lower that my heel. Also fairly tight considering width.

These shoes fit quite comfortably, although it took a few days before I got used to their unique insole. However, I've had these shoes less than a month and they're already wearing heavily. The leather is cracked and fading all over the shoe, but especially around the heel. The price is low, but if they hold up this poorly they're not even worth that.

An okay pair. Better to re-lace them out of the box. Took some time to break in - I felt like I was falling backwards at first. Run a little wider than expected.

After only about 20-30 wears, the gel packs in the shoes broke open and leaked. The goo got all over my socks, and ruined the shoe and the socks. Zappos let me exchange for a different brand - which was great - but stay away from these shoes!

The insole covering at the heel wore poorly, failing within two months of purchase. This put a glue-covered lump at my heel, which a cheap insole cover did not fix. Kudos to Zappos for a very straightforward return.

I just returned a 8½M after wearing them a few hours. Even on a warm summer day when feet tend to swell, these shoes felt considerably wider than a standard M width.
