Fitznot should be the name of this shoe. The pair I received were either mismarked or their idea of a Wide shoe size is completely off. I was thinking they would stretch so I wore them anyway, but the only thing that did was to prevent me from returning them. Do yourself a favor and make sure you totally try to break them in - indoors so you can return them when you decide that you hate them!

This shoe is a cute shoe for wearing with just about anything. I love everything about the shoe and am very glad I took the chance to order it from Zappos. Thank you.

I had already ordered the Black, and tan versions of this shoe and they were so comfortable I ordered the Brown. They are a very dark brown and hard to tell from the black. But when I wear my brown slacks they are perfect. Very soft cushy inside.

Shoes did not fit well. First they are to flat,then they gap at the sides. did not find these to be a comfortable shoe to wear for a length of time and really not for walking.

These are cute simple shoes that do well at work. The only complaint I have is with the cushion located on the bottom of the heel of the shoe. It is uncomfortable and rubs the bottom of my foot. The shoe is very flat and has no arch support. If you need support, this is not the shoe for you.

Great fit for a flat. They are very comfortable. I love these shoes so much I ordered in Black Calf and also Blue Suede. Zappos is the best!

Instant pleasure. Put them on in the morning, worked all day at office job, not a problem. The only regret is no arch support. Still, very comfortable and they look great with slacks!

I have several pair of these shoes and wear them very often. They rate as comfortable as any flats I have worn, both with nylons as well as barefoot. I have had many, many compliments when wearing them and have had several others in my office ask how they can be ordered from Zappos. They are true to size, although I have had to change from a medium to wide width this year â?? donâ??t know if my feet are getting wider with age or the shoe has been made a bit narrower. They are easy to slip off in the office, but will not drop off my toe when dangled. Truly a shoe that I hope is never discontinued.

Plain and practical - What you see is what you get. This shoe is very plain looking. My intention for them was for work, but it has a very thin sole. I thought it was actually going to be flat, but there is a heel, and it clicks when you walk. The front of the shoe cuts really far down (to the middle of my instep). It could have worked, but the shoe was a little too snug for me.

These shoes look nice and they do fit well. They are comfortable at first. But after standing for just under two hours, my feet really hurt. I don\'t think there\'s any arch support.

I have ordered several pair of shoes from Zappos. I have found that the Enzo Liberty is the best flat. I have several pair of Fitzwell Jenn. However, they all fall apart from the inside and the sole. I wear different shoes every day so it is not because of the wear and tear. I think they should be better made, maybe a different sole and better support. I will continue to order from Zappos. These shoes are great. The color, quality, and comfort are always as expected with Fitzwell and these were no exception. They did feel a slight bit shorter than most size 6\'s but not enough to warrant getting a larger size.

I have become handicapped over the last year with the loss of my kneecap due to a non-cancerous tumor. I now have a rod in my leg, which has given me new challenges to overcome, shoes being a one of them. My feet swell and I needed to find a shoe that was extra wide, 10E, comfortable and with some style. I have purchased many shoes from different companies, which were not suitable for my needs. I looked at Zappos website and found what I thought I was looking for; I found two styles one was out of stock so I ordered this pair. The comfort, style, size was magnificent! Easy to put on and remove which is also important to me. I wore them the day I received them for three hours. It was unbelievable, usually one hour is my limit and I was in heaven. I cannot praise these shoes and the service I received high enough. Great job! Great service! Thank you!

These shoes are great! I ordered a pair last year and wore them out. I replaced them with another pair and got an additional pair in another color. These shoes are comfortable and stylish. They work well with slacks and skirts.

Love these shoes. I have them in both the calf & suede. They are super-comfortable, no break-in period necessary. Only two caveats: they kind of bulge out at the sides when I walk, and the heels got run down rather quickly (thus I'm on my second pair). Not overly stylish, but they go with everything and are great for those twelve-hour days.

Beautiful shoe but very un-comfortable. Feels like I\'m walking on hard concrete. Seems to have no cushion.

I had to send these shoes back. The special padding in the middle of the heel made me crazy. I wish it came without the extra padding in the heel. I work in retail and would have appreciated these shoes otherwise.

Even the wide width is a little too tight in the toes. I guess I have duck feet: very wide at the toes, but less wide at the heel. Too bad, but these will be going back.
