I have become handicapped over the last year with the loss of my kneecap due to a non-cancerous tumor. I now have a rod in my leg, which has given me new challenges to overcome, shoes being a one of them. My feet swell and I needed to find a shoe that was extra wide, 10E, comfortable and with some style. I have purchased many shoes from different companies, which were not suitable for my needs. I looked at Zappos website and found what I thought I was looking for; I found two styles one was out of stock so I ordered this pair. The comfort, style, size was magnificent! Easy to put on and remove which is also important to me. I wore them the day I received them for three hours. It was unbelievable, usually one hour is my limit and I was in heaven. I cannot praise these shoes and the service I received high enough. Great job! Great service! Thank you!
These shoes are great! I ordered a pair last year and wore them out. I replaced them with another pair and got an additional pair in another color. These shoes are comfortable and stylish. They work well with slacks and skirts.

Love these shoes. I have them in both the calf & suede. They are super-comfortable, no break-in period necessary. Only two caveats: they kind of bulge out at the sides when I walk, and the heels got run down rather quickly (thus I'm on my second pair). Not overly stylish, but they go with everything and are great for those twelve-hour days.

Beautiful shoe but very un-comfortable. Feels like I\'m walking on hard concrete. Seems to have no cushion.

I had to send these shoes back. The special padding in the middle of the heel made me crazy. I wish it came without the extra padding in the heel. I work in retail and would have appreciated these shoes otherwise.

Even the wide width is a little too tight in the toes. I guess I have duck feet: very wide at the toes, but less wide at the heel. Too bad, but these will be going back.

These shoes are cuter than they look online but they are a rather plain looking flat. No bells and whistles here as far as style goes. However it is a nice leather and they are pretty comfortable. Not much arch support but I wasn\'t expecting much in a flat. I have large feet and have a hard time finding a nice looking flat shoe in my size. These fit well and look very nice for work.

This is the third pair of these shoes that I have purchased. I have "boat feet" and these are so comfortable that I need not look further, nor will I, for a shoe that is classic and comfortable for work. 10 stars.

I like these shoes because they fit me without the heel slipping, which is a problem I have due to a wide front and narrow heels.\r\nThey are also attractive.\r\nAnd Zappos is always the BEST company to deal with.

Nice looking -
I really like these shoes, with the triangle and square toes. My husband likes them too. Simple and chic. I bought them to wear at work, but the sole is rigid and they make me "tic-toc" when I walk. So I will take these to wear outside of work, and get another pair for work. (I don't work in an office). I wish they didn't put that "gel" in the insole. It is kind of uncomfortable. I hope that the gel will smooth-off with time. For Canadian buyers: Note that all the sizes on this website are 2 sizes less than what they usually are for us. In Canada I wear 12, (42 European) but here it means 10. I then saw the international charts and they all say so...

I wasn't sure when I first put them on but they immediately "took" to the shape of my foot and were incredibly comfortable from that moment on and all through the first full working day of wear! I love this style with the tapered square toe and it's not easy to find so I ordered these the minute I found them on Zappos!

(These were bought for my mother) Pleased with color of suede, which is better in person than on screen. Would buy Fitzwell's again. Roomy in the toe box, make her feet look small, and look more youthful/less dowdy in person.

Fat happy feet -
I have suffered all my life with wide feet but after shopping at Zappos I have finally found fashionable shoes for people with wide feet. Not only are they comfortable but they are affordable.

I ordered these in brown first, wearing them for the first time to my job that keeps me on my feet all day. This is a great test of comfort; they did not disappoint. I am usually hesitant to order the same shoe in two different colors, rather boring, but these shoes were too comfortable to pass up in black, as well. I love the stylish heel height combined with superb comfort.

I love my shoes -
I love my new shoes. They are pretty and work great for my lifestyle. I am very busy so I need to keep everything simple, but do not want to give up comfort and beauty. I like that the shoe had a slight grip on the bottom so I am not sliding around on my school floors. I can still run and chase kids in them when I need to.

Comparing to Enzo's -
I like the shoe...it's just I’m used to wearing Enzo's that are the same style. I really like the rubber sole as opposed to the leather sole on Enzo's...they will probably last longer. The reason I chose Fitzwell's is because Enzo didn't make the color I wanted. The upper part of the shoe in the Fitzwell isn't leather which makes it a little less comfortable. I can't wear them as long at a time. But they do look really nice. (I'm at the age that comfort is VERY important). Maybe I should have returned them for a 1/2 size larger and that would have made a difference.
