Zappos service is great; I've used it for the past 2 years. Great selection, great prices and you can get shoes that truly fit, i.e. wide, narrow, etc. If you don't like a pair, the return program is superb. The above shoe was exactly as listed and very comfortable. I wear them as my everyday office shoes.
