The shoes are really cute. I love the heel. The leather is very stiff but I am hoping they stretch. The first pair I order was 6.5 WW, which is my regular size. They didn't go on my foot. I got the 7WW. It is a little big in the heel but I am going to put in slip guards because I really like the look. They are still tight across the front. I just hope they give a little because it the exact shoe Ihave been looking for.

Oh, how I regret buying these shoes! They look super cute and when I first put them on, they seemed to fit around the house. I wore them for a day and realized what the other reviewers said was right - the heel is way too wide in proportion to the rest of shoe. They kept slipping off and the hard leather is very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wore them at the office for a day so the bottoms are scuffed up and they can't be returned now. Don't recommend!

I have wide feet and do like the way the looks on...and it's so nice be able to wear this type of shoe since I have wide feet. I read the reviews. I went a half size up - since others had a pinching problem and they almost fit like a glove but not exact. I put a few inserts in the ball of the foot and heel...better but not exact. I can tell that if I were to exchange for my regular size of 8 1/2 they wouldn't fit so good around the ball of the foot area. Still I am pleased with these shoes and love Zappos for having such a nice selection of shoes for wide feet! Bravo.

I must say I am quite impressed with these shoes! I am a huge fan of Zappos for many reasons and # 1 is that my feet are wide and always had a tough time finding shoes that fit -- cute shoes that fit. Casual shoes are tough but dress shoes are even more of a challenge. These shoes fit very well - but I read the reviews which were helpful and ordered a size 9 instead of an 8-1/2. They are perfect for the office and they go with just about anything. I did get the ww - another helpful tip from the reviews. I liked to add extra padding to the ball of the foot and with ww you have room too. Totally recommend this shoe!

I love these shoes so much, they're simple, stylish, and elegant. I wanted a pair in nude, and the sizes were limited in that color. I ordered an 8 since the 8.5 wasn't available, but they were snug all over. I was so sorry to return them. However, I really wanted that shoe, so I googled them and found them through another website and ordered an 8.5. They slip a little and seem more than a half size bigger, it feels like they're gonna need a little somethin' somethin' to minimize the movement. So I'm gonna say they run a bit large in case that's helpful to somebody. I find these shoes so spectacular that I'm willing to work with them.

The fit of the shoe is okay; however, the heel feels too "wobbly." I wear heels enough to think it is only this pair and not my stride.

Very comfortable, well fitting shoe. I wear a 6W and it is difficult to find shoes that fit. Fitzwell is perfect for me.
