These were pretty nice. I commute to NYC an have to walk many blocks between bus or ferry to subway then from subway to my office, which is about 8-12 blocks depending. They look nicer than wearing sneakers, but I should have broken them in a bit before I wore them as I did get a blister the first day. But overall I was pleased with the purchase and they look nice.

This shoe brand, Fitzwell and it does fit well. Pun intended! It has been a very comfortable shoe from the minute I put it on. My feet feel pampered and there is no rubbing spots anywhere.

I bought these shoes for my daughter who is a college professor and a new mom. She said they are the first pair of new shoes she has ever owned that she could put on and wear for the full day with no problems. Very comfortable!

I was looking for some comfortable Mary Jane shoes for everyday wear. These are OK, but more like slippers. They run a little large for me and I had to put in an insert as there was no support whatsoever. If you want some slippers that look nice around the house or out to a dinner, these are fine. They are very soft and comfortable and nice looking.

A bit narrow throughout the entire length of the shoe. I ordered a WW (what I usually wear) and it still seemed narrow. I am keeping it and hoping it will stretch out a bit.

Great shoe - I just wish they would offer it in more colors like dark chocolate brown, red, and a gray suede or wool fabric. Very comfortable, but the brown just did not work.

This is a cute shoe but not as comfortable as I'd hoped. Wearing them without socks, the blue gel-like pad in the heel isn't very cushy. I wear these when I don't have to be on my feet much.

These shoes are wonderful, comfortable, sized perfectly and look great on my feet. My size is so hard to find and comfort is almost never included in the size. The heel support works so well as I am frequently standing on concrete floors. The name Fitzwell is certainly a true name for this shoe. Thanks, Zappos, for a great shoe!

I ordered this shoe in a WW. I've tried on Mediums that were wider than these. Plus it runs short. On the positive side, it's a really cute shoe and your heel doesn't lift out at all. I suspect the shoe would be very comfortable if it fit, and I'll try a half size up without much expectation that it will address the narrowness.

I love this shoe. Very comfortable and visually acceptable. I'd say they may run slightly larger but not much. Nice construction. Worth the money, for sure. And with free shipping both ways? Hello! You'd be dumb not to try them.

I thought the straps would help the shoe stay securely on the foot. I have plantar fasciitis and want a stylish flat that can be worn with my orthotic and support my foot and stay on my foot. Too much to ask from shoe designers, I know. I put this one on, lifted my foot to walk, and the shoe fell off. So, no, the straps do nothing to secure the shoe to your foot.

These shoes are awesome. I bought them thinking they'd be a little too sporty for work, but with longish pants they look just like ballet flats and I've been wearing them every day. I love them!

Super comfy but too wide for my foot and a bit too big, but the 11M would be too small. I'm a 12 M with big bunion on my left foot and narrow heels. This shoe (12M) looks like and feels like a slipper, wide and comfy in the toe, which I need, but was too wide on the sides and kept slipping off my heels. It also seems like it should be in the lower range. Sorry, had to return them.

Overall I am satisfied with these shoes. I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable and fit properly. These come close, but are a little wide and gap a bit while wearing them. The front creases more than I would like, but they look nice on.

As a square dancer with wide feet this is heaven sent. They are soft comfortable and do not stick to the dance floor

These shoes were cute and fit great width wise but were a bit too long. I put some heel guards in the back to prevent slippage and they are great!
