I liked the shoes a lot but they definitely fit shorter by at least half a size. Not great arch support.

I got the shoe and before I opened the box I said a little shoe prayer. This is my first Fitzwell and I am impressed! I loved it. It's great for work. It has a round front and the little buckle just adds cuteness to the shoe. The material is really sturdy so if you’re a little on the heavy side your feet won't look like it's spilling on the sides. The shoe has a cushion, which is a plus. It's great and like every shoe I want to break them in so it can mold to my feet. I would like to get them in other colors.

Very comfortable shoe. I ordered in the wide and it is just the right fit. There is also a nice blue gel pad in the heel which helps absorb shock when I've been standing for a long time. The style is also snappy and great with jeans, skirts, etc.

Cute, but too short. It may have been a bit preppier than I was hoping for as well. But style really didn't matter -- much too short.

I ordered this shoe in black in my normal size, 8.5. They are super cute, good quality and have a gel insert in the heel for extra comfort. I should've ordered a half size up, though, as they ran a little short. I gave them to my 17-year-old daughter, who loves them and wears them everywhere. Great with skirts, dresses or jeans. I totally recommend these shoes, but do order a half size up.

Fitzwell doesn't Fit Well! I've never had a problem finding shoes to fit. I'm a true size 10. But when I received these shoes they were so tight! So I sent them back and ordered a 10.5....too big! Very frustrating. Both pairs are going back. Kudos to Zappos and their excellent return policy.

Very disappointing because the 12 was half size too small and the 13 was too big. The manufacturers needs to wise up that people do need a size 12.5. I am not aware of any that are that bright, so I look for shoes that are not true to size!
