Ordered this shoe for my daughter. She wore them to school for 2 months and they are already worn out! Not good support, heel bends over and scuff very easily. Cute shoe but does not last.

These shoes are really cute and broke in nicely after 2 days. I only have two complaints about these shoes. The first is that the underside of the toe scuffs easily, but they wouldn't be as cute with a larger sole, so I completely undertand this. The second thing is that the leather at the toe rubs the polish off of my toes. The shoes fit great, but where my toes touch the top as I walk, it wears my polish off. I've never had another pair of shoes that did this.

This shoe is comfortable and casual. I have worn them to work (I'm a teacher) and out in the evening with jeans. A little rubbing on the top, but nothing major. No support, but what do you expect from a "flat"? Has not scuffed yet, even when I expected it to. I would buy this shoe again.

I got this in WW which was just barely wide enough for my feet. They are super cute, though, even if the pleating is slightly different on the two shoes. I wore them out dancing on the first wearing and only got one blister. I'd say that's a pretty good start.

I have large feet (11 wide) but these were huge on me. Even after putting in heel grips they still fall off as I walk. The cushion in the bottom of the shoe broke and the contents leaked out into the shoe (very sticky!). Overall, cute style, nice leather, but definitely not something I would buy again.

This shoe hurts my feet even now. I bought these a few months ago; at first I thought they needed to be broken in. Not the case! They offer no support and the bottoms of my feet kill me every time I wear these. Such a disappointment! They also eat my socks / hose. I wear a size eleven wide.

I bought these shoes last summer and thought they would last a while. Within a month the leather had worn off the heal and the underside of the toe. I love the fit and the style, but poor quality.

These shoes are cute, but didn't fit at all, they are much smaller in width than marked, and the toe box was short. I wear a 9-1/2 WW and could barely squeeze my feet into these shoes. Returning immediately!

I have actually worn a pair of these out and am back for a second. I am on my feet all day at my job and what I can tell you is that the gel in the heel can be uncomfortable until it is broken in. Also the lining of the shoe is a nude color which shows around the top edge. I often wear these with dark stocking and until I ran a black permanent marker around the top inside edge, it looked a little weird. Don't expect great support, but they are comfortable when broken in and look cute and professional too. I love that the style of this shoe looks grown up but not orthopedic and so I am back for round 2!

I bought the shoes in navy blue; they are really cute, but very narrow. I normally wear wides, but had to return the wide in these shoes for a WW. Even with going up a width, they still pinch and are not totally comfortable. Really cute, but I can't wear them every day.

I loved the shoes, but I have wide feet even though I ordered a wide width. The shoe on my right foot rubbed a blister. I have a problem with this in a lot of shoes so it probably isn't the shoe, but my foot!

I was really excited to find a cute ballet flat in a WW width. I was VERY disappointed when it arrived - it did not fit properly anywhere. It was too wide in some spots, to narrow in others, and the length wasn't true to size. The back rubbed against my heel in the worst way. There is no arch support and the padding in the toe of the shoe is in a weird spot that made me feel like I constantly had something in my shoe. Cute shoe but would not recommend and most likely won't buy from this brand again.

I love these shoes! I followed other reviewers' advice and ordered a half size larger. They are a perfect fit. They are also reasonably comfortable for being flat.
