I purchased these for my husband. They are a great looking sandal. He wears a 10.5 to 11 but these seem to run on the short side as we had to exchange 11 for 12.

There is a problem with the velcro closing on the two straps. They have the hook and loop sides reversed. They should have the hard loop side on the the underside of the strap and then the softer loop side would be exposed when one adjusts the fit. As it is the hook catches the hem of slacks, bathrobe, the skirt of the sofa, the cat's fur, the skirt of the bed, any fabric, etc. that is down low. Also they don't have much length of the hook for adjustment. There is some, but the designers were stingy with it. Otherwise they are exactly what I expected: nice fit, beautiful suede, nice color and comfortable FitFlop sole.

Very nice-looking sandal with the outstanding comfort of all FitFlops. The problem is that the Velcro is not properly placed. It looks good in the photo but when you actually put a foot in it, there is barely enough Velcro to hold the strap. The Velcro is placed too close to the sole and does not go high enough up on the strap to be properly adjustable.

Unless you have the thinnest, flattest feet around, do not order these shoes. As other reviews mentioned, the Velcro is not properly placed. The shoes were the right size for my husband, but he needed another inch of strap to even reach the edge of the Velcro fastener. I had to return them. I think Zappos should remove these from their web site.
