Zappos has best customer service. I literally received my order the next day. I really like the look of these shoes and the fact that they are made in Germany. I can wear these with casual outfit as well as with something much dressier. But I'd expect much more comfort for this price. I must say I had shoes that were more comfortable (like Puma) for less money. I'm on my feet for 10 hours at work, and I thought Finn Comfort might be a good idea, only to find out later that just left shoe hurts my arch and heel, which is not the case with my right foot. I don't have flat feet, and perhaps these shoes would be a better support for someone who does. For me it's odd that one shoe is more comfortable than the other. Also, I experience more perspiration than usual when wearing these shoes.

This is a must have shoe! Yes, it is expensive but well worth the money! These shoes are exactly what the doctor ordered! Absolutely wonderful! Fantastic! Wunderbar! It has been a very frustrating she hunt and when the perfect one arrived I was overjoyed. The leather is soft, the inside a dream and walking in them is the best. This is a young looking shoe. Nice when you are 18 or even at 62! Great look with a jeans skirt! People in the workplace who are on their feet constantly, this is the shoe to buy. Zappos - thank you! Finn Comfort, thank you!

Okay, not the most attractive Finn Comfort's in my closet, but they sure are comfy. I debated over whether to keep them since they are just not "cute" but decided they are so comfy I can't send them back. If you take out the footbed they work really well with my custom orthotic too.

I have worn Finn Comfort shoes and sandals for many years but these are truly the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. There was no break-in time either; they were terrific straight out of the box. I have plantar fasciitis and a very large heel spur, and these shoes provide support and comfort for the condition. Moreover, they are really cute and I get tons of compliments on them!

I thought this would be a super comfortable shoe and something I need after 3 ankle surgeries. However, although the fit of the shoe was great, the curve of the shoe where the tongue is hits where I have problems with ankle swelling. If it was cut just a little lower at the front, it would be awesome. Oh well.

I have had these for about a year now. Initially I didn't think they were very cute, but they have grown on me. I now think they give jeans a sort of funky look. These are the most comfortable shoes in my closet. Even more comfortable than my sneakers. I had foot surgery a year ago, and since then finding shoes has been a challenge. Over the past year I have tried to find a more budget friendly shoe brand that still kept my feet feeling good by the end of the day and I just can't seem to find a shoe that even comes close to Finn Comfort. These really are well worth the money.

All I can say is this shoes is so comfortable and cute. I have a problem with my feet. I ordered so many shoes from Zappos and returned it because my feet do not feel comfortable. I do not have problem with Ikebukuro. I wear them for a day and my feet still feels fine. The price is not good, but it is worth it.
