The style is superior to most of the FC lace-ups; they are light and breathable; the five-hole lacing allows for a precise custom fit. There is adequate support and traction for walking on uneven ground, dirt or pavement; wet or dry (I've tested). I have multiple forefoot difficulties including bone spurs and osteoarthritis and the toe box has ample width and depth. Totally comfortable from day 1. I was actually hoping these wouldn't work because I was not really up for spending the money, but somehow I sensed from the picture that these would be right for me. I was lucky enough to get the last pair in my size and am completely delighted with them!Read more » « Show less June 2, 2010 by Ann M

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Based on other reviews, I bought them. I wear a size 10 and I don\'t know if that has anything to do with it. I am going to give them away they are so bad.Read more » « Show less November 4, 2010 by Vandolyn R

This is my go to walking shoe. Over the years I have purchased it in different colors, but always seem to go back to sneaker white. Pricey, but worth every penny.
I'd also recommend: Mephisto, Think!

I love these shoes. I have flat arches and wear orthotics. It is very frustrating to not be able to wear cute shoes. These fit the first try, and I am able to wear with the orthotic arch already in place. Cute with jeans and are very comfortable. Expensive, but worth it.

I am so disappointed. I love the shoes, but they are not wide enough for my feet. I walked around the house and decided that I needed a little more room.
