Bought this boot in the Graphite Storm Leather color. When I got this boot I immediately tried it on barefoot, didn't have socks on hand, and noticed that the left boot felt different than the right boot. Almost as if the the left boot was made on a different foot than the right, is was a little stiffer. Without socks on they were comfortable, with socks on they were tight, I do have high arches though. The way the slope is, from the heel to the toe region, I felt like the heel could have been higher and it would have been almost more comfortable but I think that's because I have high arches (I guess). Overall they were, 10 being most comfy 1 being unbearable, a solid 6. I felt the toe box could have been wider. I did get an exchange same size 6.5 and the boots felt as if they were the same so I might have a received a glitch pair the first time around. My husband upon seeing it for the first time said and I quote "why did you get purple boots?". I returned them because of that. In some lights it was a very light smoky dark purple hue to them and if you were looking at them farther away they looked steel gray/dark muddy leather brown. He didn't like the color and I didn't like the fact that he on first impression thought that they were purple. So unfortunately back they went. I have 15.5 inch calves on my largest part and these zipped up nicely even over skinny jeans. I'm also 5'2 these boots came up to my outside knees and the inside was just below my kneecap.

Love these boots! I am tall (6ft) and these are great even though they make me taller. =) Love the Charcoal color. I searched everywhere for these after seeing them on a total stranger and had to wait till they came back in for my size, but it was totally worth it! I am normally a 9.5 and had to get a 10. Super cute and great w/ skinny jeans. Love, love, love!

I got these boots just two days after I ordered them and I love them. Every time I wear them a random stranger compliments them. They are super bad ass and make you feel like stomping all around. Who knew Fergie could design boots? They are true to size and reasonably comfortable -- no blisters. Zappos is also great -- refunded me money because they went on sale after I bought them and made me a VIP to boot.

I bought these in the Tan Storm Leather and I am very pleased with the color. It is a very versatile taupe that I have felt comfortable pairing with cool and warm tones. I am a shorter woman, barely 5'2", and these hit perfectly beneath the knees for me. I was worried about the height, but the tapered top really worked and did not make my legs look too short. I did exchange the first pair I got for half a size bigger. The other pair was very tight with socks on, and since I plan to wear these when it is colder out, I sized up. I love the look of these so far, and I have gotten many compliments. These are definitely recommend.

I just got my Ledger boots in graphite in less than 48 hours from placing my order. I am always worried that the color will be way different in person than in the pictures, but these were pretty accurate, if not better. A couple reviews from other sites said they had a waxy application to make them look distressed, but they must have changed their technique. These are more like a suede leather, except not suede (if that makes sense). These are not Frye quality leather boots, but they are not cheap looking at all. There were two glue spots, but I scraped them off with my fingernail. I ordered my actual size and although my foot fit, they felt really stiff. Then I realized there was a clear plastic mold to keep the shape of the toe. Once I took that out, they fit like a glove. I have medium size calves so I was a little worried if they would zip up, but they did, with a little room to spare. The boot hits right below the knee. I am in love with this style! I have been waiting for an affordable pair of fold-over boots and I mostly wear cowboy boots, so I feel like these are the golden ticket. I highly recommend them! Thanks Zappos!
