The product is very nice. The only problem with it is the large frying pan is to small to work on induction large burner. The system keeps kicking it off saying it is not big enough for induction use on an 11 inch burner inches. The top of the pan is 11 inches while the bottom is only 8½ inches (too small). We have to use it on a 6 inch burner which does not give us full use of the pan. Other than that the product is very nice

I bought this set because I have an induction cooktop. It doesn't work on induction! It's a lovely looking set, but defeats the purpose I ordered it for.

I noticed when I bought this set, that it was taking an unusually long time to warm up on my induction cook-top. I decided to do a side by side comparison. I took my stainless 1½ quart sauce pan and the Fagor 1½ quart sauce pan, filled them both with four cups of cold water and put them on identical size burners at max. The stainless was at a rolling boil after 2 minutes, the Fagor was just starting to boil at 10 minutes. I wrote to the manufacturer and this is the response I received: "The cookware does work with induction. If the cookware was not induction compatible the induction cooktop would not recognize it for cooking at all." The fact is they are not efficient enough to be a viable set of cookware on an induction cooktop, when it takes five times longer for them to heat up as opposed to a regular stainless steel pan. I would say, at best, Fagor is misleading the consumer. Many people utilize induction cooktops because of their efficiency. This cookware renders that efficiency useless. It is comparable to me selling you an automobile that only starts one out of five times. Yes it works, but had you known the issues before purchase, you probably would have never bought the vehicle. Had I known this cookware takes five times longer to heat up on an induction cooktop, I never would have purchased them. They are guilty of misleading/false advertising. I am returning the cookware.
