The third generation Demorto is awesome. Instant performance/comfort and way more cool looking than before. The way this shoe fits out of the box is super plush, but it feels precise too. Now that it is being made from synthetic material, you can size them how you want them to fit for the long haul. This is a great alternative to other 'trad' oriented shoes made from leather as it will not get bigger as the months go by! They seem to run about a half size larger than the pair I have of the previous generation. But that depends on the shape of you foot. I have a Morton's toe (second toe longer than my big toe) so I can wear these tighter than most traditional rock shoes due to the rounded toe box.

Phenomenal for folks with Morton's toe. I didn't know I would love this shoe till I tried it on. I'd say it runs small since I normally wear a much larger street shoe, but you know how it is with climbing shoes...hard for there to be a real standard when your fit is based on the strength of your foot and your pain threshold. Now as far as performance goes, it's phenomenal. The colors are either your taste or not, but considering it's the shoe that fits best and works best for me...I don't really care what it looks like. Rubber as sticky as it needs to be, the price is quite a bit cheaper than 5.10 or La Sportiva...what is there to complain about?
