Perfect for your Lil Sk8er - This is my sons 2nd pair of Etnies fake lace. I bought him a pair of "classic slip on" sk8 shoes from another well known brand and even though they were slip on, they still weren't as easy as Etnies fake lace velcro shoes. These shoes are very well made and take a beatin'. Thank goodness the fake lace style goes a bit higher in size because these are no-effort shoes for the little ones on the go. Very cute as well!!!

My kid gets a lot of compliments on these. I like them because they are easy to put on my squirmy 2 year old. It may not be obvious from the photo, but they have a really wide velcro flap with faux laces. I also like them because they are soft enough on the inside that they can be worn without socks, and the tongue goes down far enough that you can pull them open wide to air them out.

I bought these shoes for my 14 month old son. He normally unties his shoes and tries to eat the ends of the laces. The velcro "fake laces" on these shoes are great. He hasn't tried to take these off yet! Also, he is known for being a little bugger when it comes to putting the shoes on. These are so easy to put on. Once you open the velcro and pull up the tongue, it basically opens up the entire top of the shoe. It makes it very easy and fast! Also, he has wide feet and these fit him very well and he seems comfortable in them! Plus, they are adorable. I get compliments on them all the time. I recommend them to everyone!

These shoes are so cute on and fit a little wide. They are really easy for little hands to get on and off because there's only one flap to velcro. There is no annoying hook-and-loop to fix when kids pull them off. They are perfect for toddlers with fat feet. You know, puffy on top since most shoes don't really accommodate for that. I recommend buying them because they come with a padded insert that you can take out as their feet grow.

The shoes are super cute. I purchased them for my 10 month old son to wear after he grew out his Robeez soft sole shoes. He had a bit of an adjustment at first, walking in them (due to the heavier rubber sole). FYI - The shoes run very wide, and the velcro strap does not lay flat (it curls up) when fastened.

These sneakers are super cute and my 20-month-old loved them, but they fall off all the time. They are wide (skater style) and the velcro opens up and they fall off several times a day. I loved them when they arrived (as did my son) but they are no longer used due to the problems we had. Sadly, this purchase ended up being a waste of money.

I ordered these shoes for my 15 month old, who has big and extra wide feet, he's a big boy. These shoes arrived the very next day and are super cute. Not only are they cute and stylish but they are super light and easy to get on my HIGHLY active toddler. We get compliments on them ALL the time. Super cute skater shoes rock.

This shoe is exactly what I was looking for. My son walks comfortably in these shoes and the style is great. There are no laces to tie, simply Velcro so I can adjust the width to accommodate his foot.

Regarding shipping & customer service. Shipping was excellent, within a few days I received my order. (Less than a week) I also ordered the wrong size in error and when I called customer service they were quick, understanding, and very helpful. They immediately sent out a reorder along with a label to return the previous order at no additional charge!

These shoes are awesome for an active toddler. My son is now 4 and I just ordered his third pair. I only have one regret...that I didn't try them sooner. The velcro closure that looks like real laces makes him feel cool like his dad, but we don't have to worry about them coming untied all day. They fit perfectly!!

Awesome shoes! My son has my feet – they’re really wide. We couldn’t find decent shoes anywhere, but Zappos had the selection AND competitive prices... In fact, with their free shipping, they beat out any local stores. These shoes fit very nicely on my son and they look great. I get compliments on them... Ask if those are Etnies on his feet because they’re astonished they make them for kids - well they do! High quality shoes right here.

My 2 year old son has really wide feet, and he has only fit in Stride Rite's extra wide shoes previously. These are a great, inexpensive, and more casual alternative. This is his 1st pair of shoes where the velcro strap actually reaches all the way across his foot! I definitely will buy more in the future.

We live in a small town with limited shopping. We bought our son his first pair of Etnes when we were out of town about a year ago. Since etnies in my sons toddler size have been hard for me to find in this area, I decided to shop on line and found the best price at Zappos...FREE SHIPPING...so I bought two pair for my son. HE LOVES ETNES and will not wear any other shoe!

We love these shoes! My son has extra wide feet and these fit him very well. I love the velco, fast and easy but stays closed. This is the second pair we have purchased (outgrew them) and we will definitely get more.

Great shoes, but be careful, on the first pair we received the velcro became unsewn from the shoe after only a couple of wears. Zappos was very helpful though and sent a new pair right away, this second pair seems fine.

In comparison to the DCs we usually purchase for our toddler, these are just as nice but the sole is much thinner. The shoe itself is much lighter. I think in the future we'll stick with the DCs as I prefer them a little better. This is a close second, though.
