"I cannot believe this. I have never ever seen such good service. I always shop with you if you have the items that I am looking for and you usually do. I ordered a handbag last night. It was delivered to my house right at lunch today. That is unbelievable service and I love it. I do tell everyone I know about Zappos. Everyone should be calling you and trying to get your help with customer service because no one else has it like you do. I saw the segment on Zappos on the Oprah Show. I wished I could have been on there to tell everyone about your service. I wasn't sure if Oprah had heard of Zappos or not. I just wanted to thank you again for being so wonderful.
