These boots are beautiful, exquisite, BUTTER SOFT leather. I purchased the Brown Color, Tobacco Calf and it is such a rich, decadent color, people are mistaking these boots as high end couture boots. The leather is so soft, it is beautiful quality. In fact, I love this boot so much, I have just ordered another identical pair because I know this is truly a TREASURE to find boots of this quality, at this awesome price, I have to have 2 pairs. I love the look, definitely a mix between classic and modern, and the boot is comfortable, yet provides a tailored look. The golden buckle and accent belt are beautiful, not overdone and I have worn these boots with skinny jeans and blue jeans. Very nice boots and fit and feel perfect! Thank you Zappos!

Zappos comes through again! I spent a considerable amount of time searching for a new pair of boots to wear with dresses or skirts that had a comfortable heel for cold winter. This boot really fits the bill. By reading the testimonials on Zappos.com I was once again able to pinpoint what was right for me. (I'm always amazed at how someone else's well stated comment can put me on the path of a wise choice! Not something you get when shopping in a store.) These beautiful Aigner boots are true to size and are best worn with a pair of medium weight knee socks. The more they're worn, the better they feel. Because of the high quality leather and suede, I'm very careful not to expose these boots to salt and chemicals during snow. And finally, Zappos service is comparable to none!

Nice Boots - These are wonderful boots. The calf is a little snug, but I had no trouble zipping them up. The shoe is roomy and comfortable w/room for a pair of socks. I love the color and the soft leather. I bought the Tabacco. I have had no problems w/ these boots and I would buy them again.

Dream Boots!! These boots are gorgeous!! The leather and green suede combination is incredibly rich-looking!! I got a size 8B; with thick socks they fit better, they don't slip. Now I live in Alberta, Canada where the temps fall down to 35F!!, so obviously these boots aren't snow proof or extreme cold proof, but they’re more late spring, early winter for Canada. I also live part of the year in Houston, TX and these boots are PERFECT for Texas winters!! The sole isn't very thick, so one might need a cushy insert or, as I said, thick socks for comfort. Now, the boots fit tight on the calf. I'm very toned with very nice calves and the fit was very tight on me. I was able to get my pair of skinny, green velvet jeans inside the boots when I zipped them up, but it was iffy at first. After that, the leather seemed to stretch some. I got SOO many compliments on the boots, the whole look while I was in Houston for Christmas!! I brought them with me to Canada and now I'm just waiting for the snow to melt and warmer temps (maybe 40F on up!!) to wear them. The buckle adds an elegant touch to this very classy riding boot. I'm going to order them in another color, too!!

Boots - They look wonderful top shaft of the boot is very tight does not stretch at all. I am short so they hit right at my knee so that is a bit uncomfortable. They are a bit expensive for what you get.

The calf is extremely narrow - The boots are great looking, so it's with much regret that I had to return them due to the size of the calf. I have very narrow calves, but couldn't zip them up. If the shaft were longer then there wouldn't be a problem. I'm 5'8" and the boot ends at the widest part of my calf.

Beautiful boot! Couldn't be happier with these boots. Beautiful to look at, nicely fitted through the calf, and plenty of room in the foot -- neither too narrow nor too "low" (I had to return a different brown boot b/c the toe box squeezed down uncomfortably on the top of my foot). Ordered these on Saturday night and had them on Monday -- thanks, Zappos!

Handsome! The boots are a beautiful color and a handsome style. They are not "glove leather" but are great looking and fitting for the price.

I am in love with this boot. Love the height of the shaft that comes to just below my knee. The blackwatch fabric/tan leather looks so classy. When worn with dark skinny jeans, they really lengthen my legs. Out of the box the left boot felt tight around my ankle, but after a few wearings they feel great. Usually I wear a size 5.5-6 and I kept the 5.5 because they fit snuggly and comfortably with wooly socks. All-around they are a beautiful and classic pair of boots that will look stylish for years.

A little too snug in the calf - I thought these boots were gorgeous, so I ordered them. Although they fit well on my feet and walk nicely, I noted how tight they were in the calf. I sure hope that stretches in the days ahead. I paid a lot of money for these. If you don't have long skinny legs, you might not be satisfied with the buy. Otherwise they are perfect in every way.
