Very pleased with Zappos Customer Service. A small snafu occurred during my ordering of the last pair for the style requested. When called, they were extremely courteous and corrected the problem. Since I was inconvenienced, they arranged for overnight shipping at no charge. Would definitely order again.

I searched for a pair of white shoes to wear with a bridesmaid dress for months! After ordering, trying on multiple pairs from Zappos (free shipping both ways of course!!), these are going to be perfect for the outdoor wedding!! They are comfy, classy, and the heel is wide and low enough to wear in the grass. Thanks Zappos!!

Great shoe for office or dress occasion! This shoe is as comfortable as a bedroom slipper. The heel is low enough to walk in all day long but high enough to wear with a dress or gown. A pretty, classy shoe. Zappos' delivery was, as usual, unbelievably fast! Thanks!

These shoes, which I purchased in black, are awesome! My foot is small (size 5) and wide. I often purchase shoes in a 5 1/2 for a better fit width-wise. These were a 5 1/2 and the back buckle allows me to tighten them so they don't slip off. I usually don't wear high heels but these are super soft and comfortable and the rubber sole allows for a good grip on polished floors. Also it's a versatile shoe, suitable for work or going out. For my type of foot, Etienne Aigner is extremely comfortable--I've been very pleased with the brand! And it goes without saying--ZAPPOS rocks!

I am very pleased I purchased this shoe in 'Rose'! I was worried about the shade of pink, but it matched perfectly with my dress. Comfortable, and can be easily dressed up or down for the occasion.

The most beautiful and most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I purchased the Coral and cannot believe how this color coordinates with so many of my outfits. Love them! These shoes fit well, look great on, and are very comfortable. I rarely wear heels, so was worried about being able to stand and walk gracefully - but had no problem with these. I love them!

These shoes are even more adorable then I expected. They are also comfortable which was what I was looking for and the heel is just high enough to be a little sexy. I love that the look of these shoes makes it possible to wear them for a formal occassion or just with a pair of jeans. I plan to wear them for my wedding. I'm sure I will wear them out befoe then though.
