Still my experience with Zappos.com is unique, I mean I haven't found such a great customer care philosophy nearly as dedicated as yours. It's something that still surprises me. I have no words to explain this. I'll always shop here as long as my government restrictions allow me. I've been shopping here since I believe your beginnings and it's amazing how fast and well you've grown. But when one's to see what your way of thinking, you get it right away. People love being treated like people and you just do that."
