The styling is gorgeous on these, and the smog color is the perfect brown-based grey. Very soft and buttery leather. My only complaint is the size was insufficient - when you're looking at the size ranges here, you have to assume it's going to fit like the lower number of the two. Heartbroken that I have to return these.

This boot as listed as a 42 (11-12). It is not a 12, it is an 11! Also, I am a runner and the calves were pretty tight.

These are very nice but the zipper rubs the inner part of the leg very uncomfortable even with thick socks and tucked in pants they went back.
Brands I'd also recommend: Born Boots

I love, love, love these boots! The leather is soft, and they are so comfortable and stylish. I did listen to the reviews and ordered a half size up. I have had so many compliments on these boots and would definitely recommend them.

This boot looks much taller in the picture than in person. I'm 5'10" and this boot only came to my knee and thought it was a thigh high. It's also not that attractive on the foot.

As you walk in these boots, the crease in the front started cracking and ripping - upsetting because it's a great looking boot, but it's made very poorly, considering they were so much.

I ordered these in the Smog. The color changes from gray to green to brown in different lights. The color is also dull. Based on the reviews, I ordered a size up, and they were still too small. The split flares out kind of wide in back. The stitching is in white. I did not care for the contrasting stitching. However, what I do like about these boots is that the leather is quite soft. The lining is plush and comfortable. I am 5'7" and the shaft comes to the top of my knees. I have not been able to find an over the knee boot that actually went over my knees. I normally wear a size 39 in European sized boots. I am ordering the 41 in Black. I'm hoping that this size fits, and the stitching is black. I can then have a cobbler trim a little from the flare in back. By the way, I have 14.5" calves, and the boots fit my calves perfectly. There is no slouching. Hopefully, the new size fit the calves as well. I think the quality of these boots is comparable to the pricing.
Brands I'd also recommend: frye; The Cool People over the knee boot
