A bit frustrated about these shoes, I tried them on at a sample sale and loved them, but they did not have my size, and they were not available online yet. I was so excited to find them on Zappos I ordered them right away, but am sorry to say that the strap that goes around the back of the ankle is way too long, leaving way too much overlap from where the velcro should connect. I can bring them to a shoe maker to fix this, but the size 38 that I ordered is also smaller than the 37 I tried on at the sample sale, so they have to go back. Quite bummed about this, I'll try again in a 39 and see if that works better because they are very cute and very comfortable, worth having the straps fixed.

These are very attractive shoes, but with some problems. The back strap is huge and would need to be mended. It's a clean 2 inches too long. Also, the middle strap is a bit tight. While they seem very comfortable, both require me to send it back.

These are very cute, just didn't flatter my feet. Its a shame because they are very comfortable, and versatile. Rolled up boyfriend jeans, anyone? Really wish they worked for me. I agree with other reviews that the back strap is a bit long, but I would bet thats an easy fix at the shoe repair shop.

I ordered these in natural. I have wide feet, and usually order a size up. These felt fine, and in fact were very comfortable. However, I am returning them. They fit, but I had to pull the Velcro closure so far in that I had approximately three inches of strap flapping about. The leather is so soft, I worried that as I wore them, they would stretch even further and I would have no way to tighten up the Velcro closure. It was already as far as it could go. I really loved the soft leather, and the comfortable fit, and hate that I have to return them. One small detail that may only apply to the pair that was sent to me: the leather had some spotting, some odd smattering of variation in color. It was almost as if someone else had had them and dirtied them up a bit, it is difficult to describe. I do not believe they had been anywhere but straight from the factory. What I am trying to say is I believe it was like that from the factory. I was not crazy about that, but they were so comfortable, that if I had had better fit with the Velcro, I surely would have kept them. I would not recommend these if you dislike foot-bed instability. It probably goes with the territory of strappy sandals on platforms. You would not want to try to run in these.

Although these shoes feel comfortable, it is impossible to wear them because the strap that goes around the back of the ankle is way too long, leaving way too much overlap, so I had to return them.

These shoes are fantastic. Comfort like a Birkenstock, but with a little more style. Bring in more styles by Eric Michaels. Made in Spain, nice!

I love these shoes, the arch support is terriffic and I like that the shoes give me a little height. I agree that the back strap is too long, as it stretches, I'll need to have a cobbler cut it and move the Velcro. I think they have a cool casual look.
