This is a beautiful, well-made bootie which feels very good on, but I'm returning it for 3 reasons: The heel is leather covered; a very soft leather. I know my habits, and those heels would look completely torn up within a month (we have gravel between our house and where we park our cars). Only one of the buttons (the best feature) show when I'm wearing jeans, which is most of the time. This bootie would look fabulous with a calf-length skirt, though. 3. The blue color is a bit darker than what's online; so much so that it's hard to see that they are blue and not black or dark gray. I wanted a pair of blue shoes that are noticeably blue.

This is one of the most stylish short boots I've seen and really wanted it to work. Unfortunately, I had to send this pair back. I have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes and this just didn't work for me. I need more cushion in the balls of my feet and this sole didn't provide that. It also felt a little more narrow and snug than its width would suggest (in the toe area). I'm sure it'll work for many ladies, just not for me. The blue color is beautiful, it actually is closer to navy blue and would go with so many outfits. If you're looking for a low-heeled boot, give it a try.

So very cute with straight leg jeans and very comfortable. The leather is very soft and pliable. I haven't worn them for long periods of time so I don't know about arch support, etc. They feel a little tippy, even though the heel is small, it feels as if your ankle wants to turn in.

These shoes were really lovely. They were stylish, well-made, and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the soles were thin, so I put an insole in them and now I can walk for miles with perfect comfort. The leather on these is butter-soft and the color is very pretty. (I got them in blue.) I\'m considering buying other boots from this company because I liked them so much.

Uh oh. I ordered these on a whim because I loved the way they looked. I tried them on and now I will have to keep them. I am a hard fit, 4.5 and narrow. The 4.5 fits like they were made to scale for my foot. They are beautiful and comfortable. Now I will need them in every color...

These booties are great! The material is supple and soft, and they took no time to break in. The grey color can read as purplish or brownish, which works well for most any outfit. They are low enough to be comfortable walking long distances, and look great with slacks or jeans, yet they are fancy enough for skirts.

The leather is soft and supple, and they fit right out of the box. I bought them right before a trip to New York, and wore them happily, without a break-in period, during my trip. If you have feet like mine - wider in the forefoot, with a narrow heel and a high arch - these fit very well. They are more of a 4.5 than a 5, and fit a little smaller than your typical 35 (usually I wear a 34). Things to know: the sole is thin. You can add an insert to add cushioning. And the little metal buttons really are cute!

GREAT BOOTS!!!! I was a little nervous, because of almost all reviews said that they are not true to size,so i got mine in 39 (9) and it fits perfectly! So,yes,they do run a half size smaller, I normally take (8.5) but it so depends on the maker. This is true European size 39. The leather is very soft,the heel is comfy. My feet normally look huge in the boots, but not this time! I am very happy with them! Great buy, great quality, soft, stylish, comfy!

These shoes are so cute plus they are very comfortable. The toe space is perfect and they are great for all day wear. My daughter bought the high boots by Eric Michael and loves them for comfort and style. I am thinking of getting the Soho in another color. Also, Zappos gives the best service and you can tell it is with a smile......friends and family love them.

These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn! The leather is soft and high quality. These are definitely worth the money.

I really love Zappos. Every time I'm looking for something specific, I'm able to jump online, put in my requirements and I always find what I need. These boots are fabulous! They are arched very comfortably. However, the sizing is slightly off. They are very stylish and matches my new blue purse perfectly.

I love these boots. I have long, narrow feet and they fit me perfectly (size 41). They were super comfortable right out of the box. One thing, the smog color looks gray on the website, but is actually closer to taupe, which I was a little disappointed with at first, but then grew to like.

Love these boots! As I get older my feet tire easier, but I can wear these boots all day long with no aches or pains. Stylish & comfortable, what more can you ask for?! Warm too.

This was my first online order, and I am sooo glad I did it with Zappos. I love these boots, they are some of the most comfortable well made shoes I own. The reviews from other customers as well as the size chart helped me choose the exact size I needed. I wear a perfect 10 sometimes narrow. The 10-11 I chose was an exact 10. These are nice boots - very supple leather, instantly comfortable, just funky enough to be fun but not so weird as to be...well, weird. However, they feel at least a half size too big - maybe even a whole size. My toe was a good inch from the end of the shoe. They are European sizes (35) so that might account for it. If they had fit I would never have sent them back, but the price was too much for something that just doesn't fit.
