I recently purchased them in black and despite the other review that has nothing to do with the shoe itself, I got to say that this is one of the most comfortable and perfect fitting pumps I own. They are GORGEOUS in person and fit like a glove. The beading in the back really does make the shoe stand out and has gotten me plenty of compliments. I slipped a pair of arch support insoles and they are even better now. The suede, which had me worried at first, have survived perfectly a couple of trips to bars and dinners. I would recommend this to anyone!

I am a tried and true Zappos shopper, as I've been a customer since 2004 and I buy most of my daughter's shoes from your store. For the most part, I can deal with the inflated costs (shipping fees, etc. tied in the final price), however, it's not good when you go to a rival site and find that the same shoe you're thinking about purchasing is cheaper, which was the case with this particular shoe. Zappos, you are selling this shoe for (a sale price) and I just purchased the exact same shoe for less on another site. Not to mention for 2-day shipping, it only cost me a little. One day shipping would have been more which is still not bad at all considering the final cost would have still been cheaper than the final cost of Zappos. Please do something about this. I would hate to take my business elsewhere.
