I tried this in an 8. My big toe was a bit jammed. This boot is a cinch to slip on because the shaft is wider. But this heel is clunkier. I have to take deliberate steps while walking, which is bothersome. I'd suggest buying your size or up.

I love these boots. They fit very well, and they did not seem to run small at all. They are really warm and comfortable. I am considering buying them in another color!

Fantastic! Comfortable, better fit and styling than the Ugg classic miniboot. Runs true to size. Loved it so much, that I bought it in 2 colors - Chestnut and gray. You will not be disappointed!

Love these little boots...unlike the Ugg which I cannot wear because I have an extremely high instep, I was able to easily pull this boot on (well after first few wearings loosed up the mouth of boot). Depending on your preference (snug like a regular shoe) go down a size (loose the way the surf boot was intended to be worn). Stay at your normal size unless you are 1/2, then go down to the even size. And extra bonus I am not allergic to the dye they use on their wool (I am allergic to the dye Ugg uses now since making them in China).

I checked "felt half size larger than marked" only because the heel is very wide. I have an average width heel, and they move up and down while walking. The length was true to size, and the toe box is generous. Feels better without wearing socks (for fall time anyway).

Wonderful slip-ons before the snow gets too deep. I bought them because they were said to be "waterproof" -- will see on that. I have Uggs [slipper/sneakers], and LL Beans version which got wet in wet snow and feet were cold. EMU has a removable inner sole which adds to support. Size is always a question when ordering but used other comments here and went with the consensus - if you wear 8.5, then get an 8. First, I thought one was a little too snug in the toe; but lots of room in the heel. Second time wearing fit perfectly.

I love this boot so much! The interior of these boots is incredibly soft and warm. They're well constructed and comfortable enough to wear all day. I would caution however, that these are a little big. I wear a size 9 and could have easily gone down a half or even whole size. If you like a snug fit, you may want to consider it. I wear them with really thick boot socks and they are still a bit loose, but not uncomfortably so. Overall, a good purchase for me.

Boy do I love these! I have a pair of high UGGs, but the EMUs are an even better brand, and the mini length is perfect for slipping on with pants. Unlike UGGs, the EMUs run true to US shoe size.

These run big if you go up a size. I am a 8 1/2 and ordered the 9. They were too big. My niece is a size 9, however, so I sent them onto her for Christmas.

I loved the color and love Zappos. However, I typically wear an 8½ to 9 and they did not fit. I ordered the size 8, as I do for Uggs but the EMU seemed to be a bit smaller. It also slide up and down a lot on my heel. I try something else. Thanks, Zappos, for being so wonderful!

Wanted to love these but couldn't get the sizing right. I'm a true 8.5, the 8 was too small and the 9 too big (toes felt cramped on the sides). Sorry to say I had to send them back. Oh, and these are made in China, not Australia as I thought!

I ordered these in purple, they are beautiful. I usually wear 8WW. I ordered the 8 and they fit perfectly. I just love the color and the comfort, I have had them on all day today. I would love to get another color but cant afford it right now.

These are too snug, and am sending them back. Also, I had expected, from other reviews, that EMU would be better quality than Uggs, but I do no't see it.

I have an EMU Wool and I wanted this mini for a while now and now that I have it I kind of regret getting it a little bit. 2 things that are wrong with it: 1) I wear size 8-8.5 shoes and I got a size 8 and it is too big for me. 2) But I figured if I wear 2 socks it's better for me when I walk. But then it makes that squeaky noise no matter what, which is annoying sometimes. After that, I love it because it is cute, short, but I really should've gotten the normal one rather than the mini.

These run very wide in the heel and are very roomy in the toes. Go down at least a half size if not a whole size.

These are more comfortable than my Uggs because of the insole, but are a little bulkier. Still, I would recommend! Get your usual size.
