Your customer service has been unlike any I have ever experience online before. Not only is the product good, it has arrived in a timely manner every time I've ordered. I've only returned one shipment and that was because of sizing not due to quality. I no longer order shoes from any other company but yours.
Brands I'd also recommend: Unknown at this time, but I will ecplor more products

These are well made boots and I'm very happy with them. The sole is sturdy and long lasting for indoor and outdoor use, and they are incredibly comfortable. I was concerned about the appearance of the detail on the back, but I don't mind it. However, I found that the sizes seem to run very large - after ordering my normal shoe size, I had to return them for a size smaller.

I used the size guidelines to order, but the boots did not fit. I'm size 9 1/2; ordered 9 per the guide, but they are too tight in the toe. Also - I was told by phone agent that these are made in Australia -- not so -- made in China.

These boots are awesome, warm, and comfortable. I bought the boots on sale and they have helped me to endure several snowstorms. Great purchase!

Exceptionally beautifully crafted. I was just impressed by the reviews I read and was also impressed by the fact that the company is still owned by Australians. I have never seen the boots anywhere but online as I ordered them. The result is: 1. Absolutely a steal. Much much better than the well known and much expensive other brand (which does not use Australian sheepskin any more and has a much simpler outsole - just feeling like rubber). This emu has a much stronger and insulated outsole which is so obvious just by the first look. 2. The trick is not where the boot is made but what material it is made of. EMU claims they still use the finest Australian sheepskin although the product is assembled in China and I believe it is correct. The well known other company uses a lower quality of sheepskin of probably Mongolia or somewhere else and it is so obvious if you compare them both. A coarse firm thick but still a soft sheepskin of emus versus a thinner less coarse and easily flattened sheepskin of the other brand. That is also I believe why the other brand shoes are to be bought one size smaller (since fur flattens easily) but not emus. Summary...no one has to be fooled by bag name thing but go for EMUs. Review from a fully satisfied customer. Period.

Customers that feel the shoe is smaller: please let a week or two before deciding since shoe really softens and fits excellent after some time. Do not panic - like me - when you first wear it. Classically it fits either true to size or one half size bigger than your original shoe size. I was 11.5 and I bought 2 of them 11. First day they were tight, now they are just perfect.

Very nice boots, if they had both been the same size. They seem to run rather true, as the 11's were a bit big for my 10.5 foot. Unfortunately, the right boot was much too big around the ankle and caused the boot to almost fall off as I walked. There was simply too much room between my ankle and the boot, but only on the right one - the left was fine. It was too bad, because they are very soft and warm, providing good support. They were very comfortable to walk in, when I could keep them on.
