I just got my boots today. They look cute, not as bulky as other brands/styles which I really like. But also note that this boot is not sleek because it has nice soft fur inside. If you are looking for very narrow boot, I suggest picking different style. They seem warm enough but I'm still to test them on a snow. The only thing is that the color is not as I expected. On Zappos photos it looked lighter, softer grey color but the color is actually "cooler" slightly darker grey. Must be the light. I think the video description shows true color. Overall, the color doesn't bother me that much so I'm going to keep them. They are true to size.
