The Tagine is big so be prepared to have leftovers or use it to serve company. I love the way it cooks. The food is succulent and, using it to the cuisine of that area of the world, the flavors are unique and delicious. Although I haven't tried it yet, I can even imagine doing a pot roast or even osso buco in it. My family loves it and the way it prepares the food. I could use a dutch oven, but the texture of this type of cooking is different. Wonderful. Glad I bought it. A little hard to store, though.
